Senior Client Success Partner – Care Gap, Coding Automation

Job Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in a client-facing role at a healthcare SaaS company, in healthcare consulting, or in a comparable role inside a complex healthcare provider organization.
- Polished executive presence and exceptional verbal and written communication.
- High comfort with ambiguity and strong flexibility.
- A hard worker with a high pace.
- Intrinsically motivated.
- Strong project leadership instincts and the ability to lead matrixed teams (clinical, technical, operational) on both the client side and within Qventus with minimal supervision.
- Ability to translate AI-driven product capabilities into meaningful clinical and operational impact for the client.
- Excitement about the potential of AI to transform healthcare and a desire to be part of that change.
- Familiarity with EHR systems.
- Ability to travel 40–60% nationwide.
