• Own positioning and messaging across our product suite, ensuring every product has a clear, consistent narrative that supports BD and go-to-market activity. • Own GTM strategy and execution from end to end — including website, sales enablement, and campaign creative — for product launches across the suite, setting the direction for what to launch, when, and why. • Build and run active demand engines for each product — paid campaigns on LinkedIn, email nurture sequences, landing pages that convert, content publishing on a regular cadence. "Active" means live in market and being iterated on, not a positioning doc sitting in a folder. • Equip BD with materials they actually use: pitch decks, product one-pagers, battlecards, objection handling guides. Sit in on BD syncs to gather market intelligence directly — what buyers ask, where deals stall, what objections come up repeatedly — and turn that into materials that improve over time. • Build the launch infrastructure that doesn't exist yet: a repeatable GTM playbook that moves a product update from engineering to in-market content in days, not weeks. Own the measurement too — track time-to-market, BD material adoption, and campaign performance per product so decisions get made on data, not anecdotes. • Build agent-driven workflows using Claude or Codex and connected tooling so repeatable marketing tasks — asset generation, competitive monitoring, campaign production — run with minimal intervention. Your goal is to spend your time on judgment and strategy, not manual production. • Use Claude or Codex to compress full launch asset sets from a single positioning source of truth: one-pagers, landing page variants, email sequences, ad copy, and BD talk tracks generated in a single pass, then reviewed and shipped. AI handles the production volume; you own the strategic inputs and the quality bar.

• Own and scale Polygon Labs’ global revenue organisation across enterprise sales, strategic collaborations, customer expansion, and revenue operations, with accountability for driving sustainable revenue growth • Define the commercial strategy and operating model required to scale revenue efficiently, including ICP prioritisation, pricing discipline, pipeline quality, and long-term customer value creation • Establish clear frameworks for ICP prioritisation, deal quality, pricing discipline, and commercial decision-making, with a focus on long-term strategic value, sustainable economics, and durable revenue growth • Build and operate the commercial cadence for the company, including pipeline governance, forecasting accuracy, deal reviews, compensation design, performance management, and executive reporting • Partner closely with Product and Marketing leadership to translate product strategy into scalable go-to-market execution, enterprise adoption, and measurable commercial outcomes • Develop and mentor senior commercial leaders capable of independently managing complex enterprise negotiations, executive stakeholder relationships, and strategic global accounts • Embed AI-enabled workflows across the commercial organisation to improve forecasting, deal analysis, account research, pipeline management, and operational efficiency at scale • Personally lead high-impact commercial situations when required, including strategic negotiations, executive customer engagements, and complex enterprise deals

• Own end-to-end security reviews across smart contracts (Solidity), backend services (Go, TypeScript, Python), and frontend surfaces, producing written findings at the quality level of a top external audit firm, published and used as the internal standard • Build and ship an agentic security CI/CD pipeline: agent-driven review that runs autonomously against every PR and release candidate, reasons about changes in context, and gets smarter with each deployment • Design and maintain specialised AI-powered code reviewers tuned to specific vulnerability classes and surfaces, Solidity-aware, protocol-aware, and calibrated to the actual patterns Polygon's products surface • Triage and manage the bug bounty program: read incoming submissions daily, reproduce valid findings, separate signal from noise, assign severity, and route confirmed issues to engineering with enough context to fix them correctly, using custom AI workflows to maintain rigor at volume • Follow through on remediation: review proposed fixes, close out resolved findings, and push back where a fix addresses symptoms rather than root cause • Embed across engineering teams at all stages, sprint planning, design review, feature freeze, post-launch, as a working partner, not a sign-off function • Lead the team's AI security practice by example: build custom prompt chains, Claude Code workflows, and Codex integrations tailored to specific security tasks, then demo and share them so the whole team's baseline rises

• Serve as the primary legal advisor to product and engineering teams developing blockchain-based payments and financial infrastructure • Provide proactive legal and regulatory guidance on US financial services laws and frameworks, including money transmission, payments regulation, and related compliance obligations • Design, implement, and evolve internal compliance policies, product governance frameworks, and risk assessment processes aligned with US regulatory expectations • Partner closely with compliance, risk, and security teams to embed controls into product design and engineering workflows, including KYC, AML, sanctions, and data privacy requirements • Translate complex regulatory requirements and enforcement trends into clear, actionable guidance for product, engineering, and business teams • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure product strategy aligns with legal, regulatory, and internal policy standards • Manage external counsel on specialized regulatory matters and support internal reviews related to product and operational risk

• Own end-to-end global payroll processing across multiple jurisdictions, entity types, PEO providers, and employer-of-record arrangements, ensuring every payroll run is accurate and on time • Lead the consolidation of payroll operations within Polygon's evolving entity structure, identifying opportunities to reduce vendor complexity, lower processing costs, and tighten controls • Manage Polygon's equity and token compensation programs, including RSU and RTU administration, vesting schedules, and the payroll tax treatment of equity and digital asset remuneration • Own payroll accounting and the monthly close process, including NetSuite journal entries, accruals, general ledger reconciliation, and GAAP-compliant documentation across all pay cycles • Serve as the primary point of contact for US federal and state tax authorities, managing IRS and state agency correspondence, notices, multi-state tax registrations, nexus obligations, and SUI accounts • Build and deploy AI-assisted workflows to reduce manual payroll processing effort, improve variance detection, and strengthen reporting visibility across the full payroll cycle • Own all employee benefits programs globally, including health insurance, retirement plans, and statutory benefits, managing vendor relationships, renewals, and compliance across geographies • Partner with People, Legal, Tax, and Treasury as the go-to expert on payroll policy, workforce cost forecasting, and compliance risk, and mentor Janani as the function scales

• Design and build an organization-wide AI tooling onboarding system that auto-configures and recommends the appropriate tools, workflows, and skill paths to individuals based on their role, reducing time-to-productivity for every new and existing team member • Develop and maintain the infrastructure that supports automatic deployment and configuration of AI tooling across the organization, ensuring reliability, resilience, and telemetry coverage • Build custom internal applications and harnesses around AI agents and tooling, integrating systems that span engineering and cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and operations • Implement and maintain an AI usage dashboard that gives leadership and teams visibility into adoption, productivity metrics, and tooling health across the organization • Evaluate, integrate, and configure third-party AI tools (coding assistants, LLM orchestration frameworks, agent platforms, and others) to match organizational needs as the landscape evolves • Use Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and other AI coding agents to produce well-structured, maintainable code at pace, and actively raise the bar for how the broader engineering team uses these tools in their own workflows • Communicate clearly and consistently in an async-first remote environment, keeping stakeholders across teams informed of project status, blockers, and decisions without requiring escalation**

• Play a critical role in bringing structure, clarity, and operational rigor to how revenue is generated and processed across Polygon Labs. • Design and implement the systems, workflows, and controls that enable Business Development, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to operate in sync. • Ensure the underlying data, processes, and deal flows are structured for reliable forecasts and informed decisions. • Build and maintain HubSpot as the system of record for revenue workflows, including required fields, stage gates, approval routing, and downstream handoffs. • Ensure deal data in HubSpot is accurate, complete, and structured to enable reliable forecasting and reporting by Sales leadership. • Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product to streamline the full revenue workflow from deal validation through billing and renewals. • Define the required information at each stage of the deal lifecycle and implement lightweight process controls for consistency across teams. • Ensure deals move cleanly from negotiation to processing by capturing all required commercial details prior to contract drafting. • Establish scalable operational processes that improve revenue velocity, volume, and quality without introducing unnecessary complexity. • Provide actionable insights into pipeline health, deal progression, and operational bottlenecks to support revenue performance. • Bring a baseline understanding of payments pricing and deal structures, ensuring commercial alignment with strategy.

• Execute month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, prepaid schedules, and intercompany reconciliations • Reconcile bank accounts and digital asset wallets with high-volume transaction activity • Account for complex financial instruments (including investment agreements, loan facilities, SAFEs/SAFTs, and warrants) in accordance with US GAAP, including classification, measurement, and ongoing monitoring • Perform entity-level financial statement flux analysis and prepare detailed variance reports (horizontal and vertical) for subsidiaries • Support preparation of US GAAP financial statements and footnote disclosures across multiple jurisdictions • Maintain audit-ready workpapers and support external audits and regulatory reporting, including U.S. state filings related to money transmitter licenses • Perform crypto subledger reconciliations between NetSuite and digital asset systems, including maintaining rollforward schedules • Document accounting treatment for digital asset transactions and support ongoing policy development • Contribute to process improvements and support automation initiatives, including AI-driven reconciliation and reporting enhancements

• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management and C-level stakeholders across strategic accounts • Lead and develop a team of account managers, establishing scalable processes across onboarding, implementation, and ongoing account management • Design and optimize end-to-end post-sales workflows to ensure a seamless client experience from contract close through go-live and beyond • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing to represent the voice of the customer and influence product direction • Own customer retention, contract renewals, and expansion by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Polygon Labs’ product suite • Establish data-driven reporting frameworks to track client satisfaction, adoption, and overall account health • Act as the primary escalation point for client issues, including billing, account inquiries, and audit-related requests • Lead regular client engagement cadences, including monthly check-ins and quarterly business reviews • Contribute to revenue tracking, forecasting, and reporting to internal leadership and external stakeholders • Operate as a strategic liaison between clients and internal leadership, ensuring alignment and proactive communication

• Lead design and prototyping of long-term solutions to address scalability, latency, and state growth challenges on the Polygon PoS network. • Drive architectural decisions across the PoS codebase, contributing to Geth, Cosmos SDK, or CometBFT-based systems as needed. • Identify and resolve deep technical issues in protocol behavior, consensus, and state sync. • Champion code quality, documentation, testing, and developer best practices across the team. • Mentor and support engineers across the stack to elevate the overall engineering bar. • Collaborate cross-functionally with protocol researchers, DevOps, security, and ecosystem teams to ship robust upgrades to the live network.
