Role Description Nous développons une super-application crypto multi-chain innovante, conçue pour simplifier l’accès aux services Web3 et DeFi à grande échelle. Notre ambition : créer une plateforme sécurisée, performante et intuitive, intégrant les dernières avancées technologiques (MPC, Account Abstraction, microservices cloud-native). Dans ce contexte, nous recrutons un(e) Tech Lead / Architecte Solutions pour piloter l’ensemble de la vision et de l’exécution technique du projet. • You manage compute infrastructure and the applications that depend on it. • Develop an informed understanding of each app's architecture, best operating practices, and debugging techniques when things go wrong. • Document what you learn, including what went wrong and how to prevent future issues.

• Develop new features using Node.js + NestJS / TypeScript • Design, write, test and deploy Solidity Smart Contracts in Ethereal / EVM networks • Contribute with your experience in CI/CD pipelines with unit testing and code coverage requirements • Knowledge about UI frameworks (like Vue or React) • Create clean and modern code, following all the industry best practices • Code with performance and security in mind • Work independently and proactively find opportunities for improvements in both code quality and team processes

• Research, architect, and deploy complex infrastructure systems across bare-metal servers, hypervisors, orchestrators, virtual machines, and containerized environments. • Design and implement automation using Infrastructure-as-Code and Configuration Management principles (Terraform, Ansible, Consul) to ensure reproducibility, speed, and consistency in infrastructure deployment. • Establish and maintain infrastructure standards, documentation, and architecture diagrams to support scale, reliability, and compliance across environments. • Partner with Technical Operations, CloudOps, and Platform teams to ensure smooth integration of systems, improve deployment efficiency, and enhance observability. • Optimize resource allocation and infrastructure cost efficiency while maintaining performance and uptime goals. • Continuously improve resilience and scalability through proactive capacity planning, disaster recovery testing, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
