RevOps Manager
Polygon Labs
• Play a critical role in bringing structure, clarity, and operational rigor to how revenue is generated and processed across Polygon Labs. • Design and implement the systems, workflows, and controls that enable Business Development, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to operate in sync. • Ensure the underlying data, processes, and deal flows are structured for reliable forecasts and informed decisions. • Build and maintain HubSpot as the system of record for revenue workflows, including required fields, stage gates, approval routing, and downstream handoffs. • Ensure deal data in HubSpot is accurate, complete, and structured to enable reliable forecasting and reporting by Sales leadership. • Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product to streamline the full revenue workflow from deal validation through billing and renewals. • Define the required information at each stage of the deal lifecycle and implement lightweight process controls for consistency across teams. • Ensure deals move cleanly from negotiation to processing by capturing all required commercial details prior to contract drafting. • Establish scalable operational processes that improve revenue velocity, volume, and quality without introducing unnecessary complexity. • Provide actionable insights into pipeline health, deal progression, and operational bottlenecks to support revenue performance. • Bring a baseline understanding of payments pricing and deal structures, ensuring commercial alignment with strategy.
Job Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations within a high-growth or complex commercial environment
- Strong experience designing and managing CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) as systems of record for deal workflows and pipeline management
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable processes that improve data quality, deal flow efficiency, and cross-functional alignment
- Experience working closely with Finance, Legal, Product, and GTM teams to operationalize commercial processes
- Solid analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI platforms
- Strong commercial judgment, with experience in payments, fintech, or similarly complex deal structures
- Experience in blockchain, fintech, or payments infrastructure environments (Preferred)
- Familiarity with usage-based or ecosystem-driven revenue models (Preferred)
- Experience supporting enterprise or partnership-led (collaboration-led) revenue motions (Preferred)
