Director, Product Management
Pindrop
• Architect and own the multi-year strategy and vision for the Pindrop Platform, aligning Product, Engineering, and Executive Leadership around long-term platform priorities and business outcomes. • Define how shared platform capabilities — including AI/ML services, APIs, integrations, observability, identity, security, entitlements, orchestration, and configuration management — evolve to support enterprise-scale growth. • Drive prioritization across foundational platform investments, customer-facing platform services, and innovation initiatives while balancing scalability, reliability, security, and cost optimization, while establishing platform governance models, product operating frameworks, and execution standards to elevate consistency. • Collaborate with GTM leadership to define commercialization strategies, positioning, messaging, packaging, and launch plans for customer-facing platform capabilities. • Regularly engage with customers and partners who consume platform capabilities (e.g., Pindrop Intelligence APIs, data services) to understand use cases, workflows, and unmet needs. • Manage organization goals, business metrics, and KPIs for the platform, including adoption, reliability, performance, and developer experience.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, including significant leadership experience in platform, infrastructure, AI/ML, API, data, or developer ecosystem products.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, APIs, data platforms, developer tooling, and enterprise-scale platform operations.
- Demonstrated success influencing and aligning Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance organizations.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
