Job Description

Business Development Executive

Parikshak.ai

This is a remote position. Full-Stack Hiring Sales • India & Global • Ahmedabad (Primary) If you don’t have existing clients or agency relationships you can call on Monday, this role is not for you. We’re not hiring someone to learn the market. We’re hiring someone who already owns a piece of it. WHAT YOU’RE SELLING Not software. Not a platform. Not a tool. The Service Parikshak.ai Full-Stack Hiring is a done-for-you recruitment service. A company tells us what they need. We source, screen, and run AI-led interviews end-to-end. They never see a resume pile or sit through a first-round call. They meet only pre-evaluated, interview-ready candidates. We don’t give them applicants. We give them final candidates. We don’t assist their hiring. We run it for them. Result: 50–70% faster hiring. 80% less screening effort. Zero wasted interviews. This is an outcome sale, not a feature sale. The companies you’ll speak to are drowning in resumes, burning their hiring managers’ time on first rounds, and losing good candidates to faster competitors. You’re not selling them a product — you’re selling them the end of that problem. WHAT WE’RE BUILDING Hiring is one of the most broken processes in business. Companies spend an average of 44 days filling a single role. 60% of recruiter time goes to candidates that never get hired. The best candidates accept competing offers while hiring teams are still scheduling calls. Parikshak.ai exists to fix this. We’ve already screened 50,000+ candidates, conducted 10,000+ AI-led interviews, and helped 300+ hiring teams cut their time-to-hire by more than half. The product works. Now we need someone who can sell it — starting immediately. THE ROLE You will sell Parikshak’s Full-Stack Hiring service directly to companies that are actively hiring — across all sizes, across India and global markets. You bring your existing relationships. Parikshak gives you a service that solves a problem every hiring team has right now. Your job is to connect those two things — from Day 1, not after a 90-day ramp.Week 1 expectation: 3 qualified meetings booked with real hiring decision-makers from your existing network. Not leads we give you. Relationships you already have. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Activate your existing network from Day 1 — introduce Parikshak Full-Stack Hiring, book meetings, close mandates • Run the full sales cycle end-to-end: outreach, discovery call, pitch, proposal, close • Convert recruitment agencies into referral partners who direct clients to Parikshak when they have hiring needs • Identify and pursue high-hiring-volume companies across sectors — startups, D2C, BFSI, GCCs, manufacturing • Expand into global markets once the India pipeline is active and generating revenue • Feed real objections, buying patterns, and competitor intelligence back to the founding team Requirements WHAT YOU MUST WALK IN WITH The Hard Requirement This is non-negotiable. At least one of these must be true on Day 1: ✔ You have worked in recruitment agency sales or staffing and have agency contacts who trust you enough to take your call today ✔ You have sold HR services, managed services, or outsourced solutions to companies and have warm relationships with HR or business decision-makers ✔ You have a direct network of Founders, CHROs, HR Heads, or Talent leaders at companies that are actively hiring right now The accounts come with you. That is the job. YOU’RE THE RIGHT PERSON IF • You have accounts in your phone right now that you could pitch this service to today — and they’d take the call • You’ve sold recruitment, staffing, RPO, or HR outsourcing services and you understand how companies buy these • You’ve worked with or sold to recruitment agencies before — you know how they think and what moves them • You’re done with earning ceilings and want your income to reflect exactly what you bring in • You can walk into a conversation with a startup founder and a CHRO at a 1,000-person company in the same week and pitch them both confidently • You hear ‘pure commission’ and think: ‘Finally’ YOU’RE NOT THE RIGHT PERSON IF • You’ve only worked in inbound sales or had an SDR feeding you warm leads• Your experience is in SaaS sales but you’ve never sold a service or outcome-based engagement client start • You need 30–90 days to learn the product before you can have a real conversation with a • You’re looking for a base salary, a marketing budget, or a team behind you before you • Your ‘network’ is people you’ve connected with on LinkedIn but never actually spoken to THE COMPENSATION MODEL Pure Revenue Share — Uncapped 100% commission. No fixed salary. No ceiling. Your earnings are a direct percentage of the revenue you close. The structure is negotiated with the right candidate. The more you sell, the more you earn. There is no upper limit. There is also no base to fall back on. This model exists for one type of person: someone who is genuinely confident in their relationships and their ability to close — and wants to be paid exactly what that’s worth. LOCATION Ahmedabad preferred. Open to anywhere in India for the right person. This role goes wherever the clients are. TO APPLY Skip the CV. Answer this instead: “Name 3 companies or agencies from your existing network that you would pitch Parikshak Full-Stack Hiring to in Week 1. Who is your contact, what is their role, and why would they take your call today?” Send to careers@parikshak.ai — applications that don’t answer this question will not be reviewed.
