• Edit long-form YouTube videos with a strong focus on viewer retention • Create engaging hooks in the first 5–15 seconds • Maintain pacing using cuts, zooms, transitions, and pattern interrupts • Structure videos to keep viewers engaged throughout • Use B-roll, sound effects, and visual elements effectively • Ensure smooth flow aligned with the script and content intent • Work with the Channel Manager to improve retention curves • Analyze feedback and performance to refine editing style • Implement edits based on drop-off points and audience behavior • Add motion graphics, subtitles, and on-screen elements • Maintain brand consistency across videos • Ensure high-quality output (audio, color, and visuals) • Work closely with YouTube Channel Manager and content team • Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate on edits • Meet deadlines and manage multiple video projects.
• Monitor and manage the Contract Management Inbox daily, actioning all incoming communications in a timely and professional manner • Issue Balance Deposit Information (BDIs) via email to members who are awaiting details necessary to complete contract deposit payments • Follow up with members as required to ensure payments are made within contractual timelines • Facilitate and verify the signing of contracts by both members and developers • Accurately record contract signing dates and status updates within HubSpot CRM • Save executed contracts and related documents to the appropriate HubSpot Drive folders, maintaining version control and compliance standards • Collect transfer slips and deposit receipts from members and developers • Ensure all financial documents are correctly named, stored, and logged in the HubSpot system for traceability and audit purposes • Transpose and update critical contract notations from internal matrices into the HubSpot CRM • Maintain data integrity and ensure all necessary fields are completed for visibility across internal teams • Perform general administrative duties to support internal departments, including Member Care, Legal, and Finance • Provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders on the progress of key contract tasks and identify issues requiring escalation • Proactively contribute to process improvements and support documentation enhancements where necessary
Role Description We are looking for a data-driven YouTube Channel Manager who can take full ownership of channel growth, content strategy, and performance. This role is highly focused on analytics, ideation, and scaling channels, rather than video editing. You will work closely with editors and content teams to ensure videos are optimized for maximum reach, engagement, and retention.
