• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (client agreements, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor agreements, subcontracting arrangements). • Own and maintain the company's contract template library and standard legal documentation. • Ensure GDPR compliance and act as internal point of contact for data protection questions; liaise with external DPO as needed. • Advise on public sector and defence-adjacent regulatory requirements, including export control and security-relevant contract obligations. • Manage external legal counsel relationships — scoping, briefing, and quality-controlling outside advice. • Support corporate governance across group entities, including shareholder matters, intercompany agreements, and subsidiary structuring questions.

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations for several group entities • Review and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance • Support month-end and year-end closings and prepare relevant reports • Coordinate with external accounting providers, auditors, and tax advisors • Ensure timely and compliant statutory filings across different jurisdictions • Contribute to process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives • Support integration of newly acquired companies into the group’s financial processes

• Design, build, and run learning programs that support employee development across all levels, from onboarding to leadership development. • Conduct regular learning needs assessments by partnering with team leads to identify skill gaps and development priorities. • Develop and maintain a scalable learning infrastructure, including a learning management system (LMS) and a structured onboarding curriculum. • Create engaging training content in a variety of formats, including e-learning modules, workshops, toolkits, and self-directed resources. • Support our feedback cycles by designing supporting materials, training the team on communication and manager enablement content. • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of learning initiatives, using data to continuously improve programs.

• Own the OSINT product roadmap end-to-end: collection connectors, monitoring pipelines, provenance and legal compliance, and analyst-facing exploration interfaces to solve the fragmented data problem for open-source inputs specifically. • Lead discovery with operational users to understand how they use open-source intelligence today across both law enforcement and defense contexts. • Define and prioritize the collection layer: which sources matter, what data needs to be extracted, how provenance is maintained, and where legal compliance constraints apply. • Shape the analyst experience for OSINT workflows: how analysts monitor sources, triage incoming signals, correlate OSINT findings with internal datasets, and produce defensible outputs. • Work across teams to ensure OSINT capabilities integrate cleanly into entity resolution, geospatial analysis, and reporting workflows. • Define success metrics for OSINT features and track outcomes: collection coverage, signal-to-noise quality, analyst time-to-lead, and provenance completeness. • Stay close to the OSINT landscape (platforms, techniques, legal developments, and community practices) and bring that context into product decisions.

• Architect signal processing pipelines for SIGINT, and optronic sensors • Lead technical design of sensor data ingestion and analysis systems • Provide domain expertise on electronic warfare and signal intelligence • Mentor engineering team on RF signal processing and sensor fusion • Design algorithms for signal detection, classification, and geolocation • Collaborate with customers on requirements • Evaluate and integrate military sensor systems and data formats • Contribute to critical signal processing components • Guide technical roadmap for sensor intelligence platform

• Define and own the company research strategy aligned with product priorities and multi-team technical leverage. • Build and lead a world-class research team of AI researchers, data scientists, and research engineers. • Lead first-principles research in domains such as ASR, translation, information extraction, multimodal reasoning, visual pattern recognition, graph/temporal reasoning, and statistical analysis. • Build the external R&D pipeline: identify opportunities, shape bids, build consortia, author work packages, and act as scientific/technical lead in awarded projects. • Establish research operating discipline: reproducibility standards, benchmark suites, experiment tracking, model/data documentation, and portfolio reviews. • Drive transfer into delivery teams by producing adoption-ready research packages, not just prototypes or papers. • Represent Orcrist externally across customers, partners, universities, RTOs, industry associations, and public funding bodies. • Shape IP and dissemination strategy for research outputs together with leadership and legal stakeholders. • Partner closely with Innovation, Insights, Foundation, Platform, and customer-facing teams. • Coach senior researchers and raise the bar for technical writing, scientific judgment, and cross-functional influence.

• Own and manage Greenhouse, including maintaining job postings, pipelines, and candidate data • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams • Ensure a smooth and structured hiring process for candidates and hiring managers • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process • Coordinate with external recruiting agencies and headhunters • Support offer preparation and ensure smooth handover to People Operations for onboarding • Continuously improve hiring processes and workflows • Track and analyze recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire and pipeline health • Help scale hiring operations as the company grows • Support with ad-hoc tasks from People Operations

• Architect and ship mission features—sensor integrations, workflows, real-time dashboards. • Run deployments and incident response on-site, coordinating with commanders and SRE teams. • Harden air-gapped installs: GitOps, registry mirrors, audit logging, zero-trust patterns. • Mentor forward-deployed engineers and partner with Product/Security on roadmaps. • Document and deliver accreditation evidence (BSI/NATO) and post-mission lessons.

• Operational Management: Execution and facilitation of strategic meetings, Supporting the CEO with hiring topics • Communication & Liaison: Acting as the liaison between the CEO/executives and staff, managing communication, and preparing for board meetings • Decision Support: Providing high-level insight, data analysis, and advice to support decision-making. • Special Projects & ad-hoc Ownership: Leading ad-hoc, critical projects, such as restructuring, fundraising, or launching new initiatives or workshops.

• Own sourcing, evaluation, and lifecycle management of GEOINT data suppliers • Negotiate contracts, ensure compliance, and coordinate with engineering for onboarding and quality assurance • Develop and execute supplier strategy for satellite imagery, aerial data, vector datasets, DEMs, and specialized geospatial content • Negotiate contracts, licensing terms, and SLAs with providers; manage renewals and compliance obligations • Coordinate technical onboarding—data formats, delivery mechanisms, metadata standards—with engineering teams • Implement governance for usage rights, export controls, data sovereignty, and audit readiness (documentation, lineage, licensing evidence) • Monitor data quality and performance; coordinate issue resolution, refresh schedules, and change management with suppliers • Track budget, cost models, and ROI; recommend optimizations across data portfolio • Maintain relationships with strategic partners, government agencies, and consortiums; represent Orcrist at industry events
