We need meaningful overlap with our team and partners in Australia, so preference will be given to candidates who live in the Pacific Time zone. Responsibilities: - Serve as a key legal partner across the full business. - Draft, review, and negotiate customer agreements, including SaaS subscription agreements, order forms, DPAs, security terms, NDAs, and reseller/channel terms. - Support vendor contracting across SaaS, technology, professional services, security, marketing, procurement, and strategic supplier agreements. - Partner closely with Sales to accelerate deal cycles while protecting Huntress on privacy, security, liability, indemnity, payment, and operational risk. - Maintain, improve, and draft commercial legal templates, playbooks, fallback positions, and self-service resources to streamline workflows as the business scales. - Identify opportunities to improve legal operations, including the responsible use of AI and other tools to make contracting faster and more consistent. - Support international contracting needs, with an emphasis on APAC overlap and cross-border customer and vendor negotiations. What You Bring To The Team: - 6+ years of legal experience, with several years spent in-house at a fast-growing SaaS, technology, or cybersecurity company. - Deep experience drafting and negotiating commercial SaaS agreements, customer terms, reseller/channel terms, DPAs, security addenda, vendor agreements, and related technology contracts. - Clear understanding of SaaS business models, recurring revenue, sales cycles, procurement processes, reseller/channel relationships, and customer contracting expectations. - Comfort working directly with Sales as a practical, solutions-oriented partner who helps close deals without losing sight of risk. - Hands-on experience using or implementing AI tools to make legal operations fast and efficient. - Ability to work independently while staying connected with a global leadership team. - Deep curiosity and a proactive approach to solving complex, cross-border legal challenges.
