• Serve as the first point of contact for employee technology support requests through the helpdesk system • Respond to, prioritize, and triage tickets within defined SLA expectations • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues for end users • Own issues through resolution or escalate to senior technical resources with complete documentation of troubleshooting steps • Set up, configure, and provision employee devices including laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals • Support new hire onboarding by ensuring timely device setup, system access, and software provisioning • Support employee offboarding, including device collection and access deprovisioning • Maintain accurate hardware inventory and reconcile assets against active employees on a regular basis • Coordinate device orders, shipping, returns, and overall hardware lifecycle management • Maintain technology vendor registry including contracts, renewals, pricing, and key contacts • Contribute to and maintain technology SOPs, documentation, and knowledge base articles; review quarterly for accuracy • Coordinate with internal technical resources to resolve escalated issues and track progress through resolution • Research ISP options for office locations and support setup coordination when needed • Track recurring issues and identify opportunities for process or documentation improvements • Support additional onboarding/offboarding administrative tasks as needed
• Create clear, engaging training materials that simplify complex processes • Partner with leaders and SMEs to research and translate real-world workflows into training content • Develop presentations, facilitator guides, job aids, SOPs, videos, quizzes, and other learning resources • Design visually engaging, brand-aligned materials • Facilitate virtual and in-person sessions that drive participation and retention • Manage training logistics, timelines, and stakeholder communication • Maintain an organized, up-to-date library of training materials • Update content based on learner feedback and business changes • Use AI, Google Workspace, and learning technologies to create and deliver training • Track participation and feedback to improve future sessions
• Oversee daily facility operations across multiple locations. • Ensure offices remain clean, organized, safe, and aligned with brand standards. • Schedule and supervise ongoing maintenance, repairs, inspections, and cleaning services. • Source, vet, and manage service providers (cleaning, security, HVAC, general contractors, etc.). • Assist in analyzing bids, negotiating contracts, maintain vendor records, and track performance. • Handle significant ongoing follow-up across multiple projects and vendors. • Ensure vendor alignment with leadership preferences and project timelines. • Manage multiple facility projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Track outstanding tasks, request updates, and maintain organized documentation. • Act as the main point of contact for facility-related issues and ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications - 2+ years of internal talent acquisition or recruiting experience - Experience hiring for corporate and/or client-facing roles - Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment and sourcing techniques. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.). - Ability to juggle multiple openings in a fast-paced environment. - Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
