Role Description As a member of Onbe’s Senior Leadership Team, the Corporate Controller will be a strategic leader responsible for leading all aspects of our Accounting team. As the Controller, you will: - Oversee the operations of the accounting department and handle all accounting functions, billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash management, and financial reporting. - Lead month/quarter/year-end close process and preparation of monthly financial statements. - Provide strategic insight into operational improvements through metrics-based analysis, including merging our two accounting platforms. - Oversee the preparation and filing of various tax filings, including but not limited to sales tax and business property tax filings. - Establish and maintain controls to safeguard company assets; document and recommend improvements to internal financial policies and procedures. - Lead annual audit with external auditors and related information as needed. - Ensure timely cash collection by driving the timing for monthly billing and other cash management techniques. - Prepare monthly reporting packages to stakeholders and lenders. - Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements. - Effectively lead the accounting team by developing and coaching existing team members and hiring talent as needed. - Manage both internal and external accountants in the preparation of tax returns. - Collaborate and interact with the business to foster effective partnerships. - Drive continuous improvement in accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement, and implementing new processes. - Handle ad-hoc requests and special projects, such as system upgrades/implementations, workflow automation, account trend and vendor cost analysis, etc. Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in corporate accounting with at least five years of management experience. - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field required. - CPA required (active or inactive). - Strong knowledge of GAAP, accounting policies, and compliance. - Extensive experience with corporate taxation is strongly preferred. - Experience in professional services, financial services, or wealth management is strongly preferred. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on team development. - Great Plains experience or similar ERP preferred. - ERP implementation experience preferred. Role Description As a Billing Specialist, you will play a crucial role on the Financial Operations team in ensuring the completeness and integrity of financial records within our organization. Associate People Operations Generalist

Role Description The Associate People Operations Generalist supports the day-to-day execution of People Operations with a focus on HR systems, employee data, onboarding and employee lifecycle operations. The Lead QA Engineer will work closely with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure our solutions meet the highest standards of accuracy, completeness, and consistency. - Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and developers to define testing scope, approaches, and acceptance criteria. - Design and build detailed test cases (functional, regression, integration, end-to-end) to validate business and technical requirements. - Execute manual and automated test cases across multiple environments. - Analyze test results, identify defects, and clearly document and communicate issues to developers and product owners. - Partner with engineering teams to drive timely resolution of defects and validate fixes. - Continuously improve QA processes, tooling, and metrics to increase coverage, efficiency, and reliability. - Develop, maintain, and own testing standards, procedures, and best practices across the SDLC. - Identify and prioritize opportunities for test automation and shift-left testing. - Build, enhance, and maintain automated test suites using tools such as Selenium and Playwright. - Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliable, repeatable test execution. - Design and execute SQL-based test cases to validate data integrity, transformations, and reporting. - Perform ETL testing to ensure data is accurately extracted, transformed, and loaded across systems. - Leverage AI-based tools and techniques to help analyze requirements, generate test scenarios, and optimize test coverage. - Work effectively under pressure and handle projects with challenging business deadlines. - Communicate test status, risks, and quality metrics to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications - 8+ years of software testing experience as a QA Engineer, including building and executing comprehensive test cases. - 3+ years of test automation experience using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or similar frameworks. - Demonstrated experience using AI-based tooling to analyze requirements and build or refine test plans. - Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in complex queries, data validation, and ETL testing. - Solid understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines, including validation of data quality, completeness, and lineage. - Experience working within Agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar). - Strong, driven work ethic with a track record of being reliable and productive in a remote work environment. - Excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance competing priorities across multiple initiatives. - Clear, concise communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and business stakeholders. Role Description We are seeking a Director of Software Development with deep experience as a people and technology leader responsible for delivering Finance and Operations solutions that support both the business and the Onbe Platform. This role provides technical leadership across multiple engineering teams, ensuring that our finance, billing, settlement, and operational capabilities are scalable, reliable, and aligned with Onbe’s growth objectives. The Senior Director will manage and develop a team of engineering leaders, own end-to-end delivery of key initiatives, and play a major role in the department’s technical vision and direction. - Partner closely with Finance, Operations, Product, and Technology leadership to translate business strategy into a clear engineering roadmap and delivery plan. - Define, communicate, and continuously refine the software development strategy in alignment with Onbe’s goals, including modernization, resiliency, and cost efficiency. - Supervise and analyze engineering and delivery metrics (e.g., throughput, lead time, quality, availability) to assess performance and drive continuous improvement. - Champion the use of AI and automation across the SDLC (requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment, monitoring) to improve both velocity and quality. - Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery by balancing short-term commitments with long-term platform and architectural investments. - Continuously refine delivery practices, team structures, and workflows to improve flow, transparency, and outcomes. Qualifications - 10+ years of experience leading software development teams and delivering sophisticated software projects in medium to large-scale environments. - Proven experience leading people and technology: managing engineering managers/leads and influencing technical direction across multiple teams. - Strong proficiency with modern application stacks, particularly Java and C#/.NET and their ecosystems (e.g., Spring/Spring Boot, ASP.NET Core), with experience applying these frameworks to build distributed, scalable, secure, and resilient services for cloud and data intensive systems. - Experience and passion for utilizing AI in every aspect of the SDLC to improve development velocity and quality (e.g., AI-assisted coding, test generation, anomaly detection). - Strong organizational, planning, and project/program management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and maintain a high level of attention to detail. - Proven track record of using metrics and KPIs to manage engineering performance, guide decisions, and drive continuous improvement. - Experience in Finance and/or Operations domains (e.g., payments, billing, invoicing, reconciliation, accounting, settlements, or similar transaction-heavy systems) is strongly preferred.
