SAP Business Analyst – Manufacturing, Quality & Plant Maintenance

• Provide SAP and Limble application support for Manufacturing, Quality, and Plant Maintenance processes in the EU region. • Act as a functional and technical SME, ensuring alignment between business needs and system solutions. • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with IT and stakeholders. • Translate requirements into functional specifications and support development teams. • Define and support testing activities, including UAT and validation. • Participate in design reviews and ensure solution quality and compliance. • Troubleshoot issues and support incident resolution, acting as escalation point. • Lead small to medium system improvement projects and coordinate deployments. • Support system documentation, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Ensure SLA adherence and effective communication with business users.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Seven years of experience in IT supporting business enabled processes in Supply Chain execution (Manufacturing, Quality and Plant Maintenance).
  • Ability to develop product requirements based on input gathered from a variety of sources including analysis of results and feedback from the user community.
  • Ability to develop test conditions and expected results based on the application requirements.
  • Ability to document and communicate progress against plans, taking corrective action as necessary.
  • Ability to identify, clarify, and resolve issues and risks, escalating them as needed.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem solving skills.
  • Experienced in SAP Manufacturing and SAP Quality.
  • Experienced in Plant maintenance tools and its integration with SAP.
