• Provide functional, operational, and project support for Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM modules including Planning, Budgeting, and Cost Reporting processes. • Support Oracle Fusion SCM/Inventory activities including configuration validation, issue triage, and operational readiness testing. • Assist with support and stabilization activities related to Oracle Phase 2 implementation efforts. • Assist with troubleshooting production and non-production issues across ERP, EPM, SCM, and related integrations. • Work closely with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and technical teams to resolve issues and validate system functionality. • Participate in hypercare and post-go-live stabilization activities. • Collaborate with existing Oracle ERP Analysts, implementation team, and project teams supporting regression testing efforts for Oracle quarterly updates and Phase 2 deployment activities. • Create, maintain, and execute detailed test scripts and testing scenarios across ERP, EPM, and SCM modules. • Participate in the coordination of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business users and functional teams. • Validate defect resolutions and retest fixes across integrated Oracle environments. • Assist in development of risk-based testing strategies and test coverage plans. • Document testing results, defects, risks, and remediation activities. • Support testing coordination across integrations, interfaces, reports, workflows, and security roles. • Assist with improving overall testing maturity and standardization processes within the Oracle environment. • Support Oracle quarterly release testing and deployment readiness activities. • Assist with environment validation activities following refreshes, patches, or configuration changes. • Collaborate with implementation partners and internal teams on configuration validation and migration activities. • Participate in status meetings, issue review sessions, and operational planning discussions. • Provide documentation and knowledge transfer support as needed.
Job Requirements
- 5 Years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
- 5 Years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain (SCM) Inventory Management modules
- 5 Years of experience in Regression testing
- 5 Years of experience with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) including Planning, Budgeting, and Cost Reporting processes
- 5 Years of experience in ERP implementation projects, post-go-live stabilization, and hypercare activities
- 5 Years of experience creating and executing detailed test scripts, test scenarios, and test evidence documentation
- 3 Years of experience with Oracle Cloud quarterly release management processes

Fixed Asset Analyst

• Manage the fixed asset and Construction in Progress (CIP) process from capital project setup through project closure and asset capitalization. • Review construction project activity to ensure proper coding, capitalization treatment, and financial accuracy in accordance with company policy and GAAP. • Partner closely with the Construction and Operations teams to review project details, resolve coding issues, and improve financial data quality. • Prepare month-end journal entries, supporting schedules, and reconciliations related to fixed assets, depreciation, inventory, and capital expenditures. • Perform detailed account analysis and variance analysis for fixed asset and capital-related accounts and communicate findings to management. • Prepare monthly CAPEX reporting packages to support accounting close. • Complete Fixed Asset, CIP, and Inventory account reconciliations accurately and timely for high-value fixed asset and project-related accounts. • Research and resolve accounting discrepancies, system issues, and transactional variances within the general ledger and related systems. • Maintain accurate fixed asset records and ensure compliance with accounting policies and capitalization guidelines. • Investigate system-related issues impacting fixed asset reporting processes and collaborate with business partners to identify solutions. • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting accuracy, automation, and operational efficiency across fixed asset accounting functions. • Support testing, validation, and implementation of system enhancements, process changes, and code updates within NetSuite. • Serve as a resource to field and operational teams regarding accounting processes, capitalization guidance, and project coding questions. • Assist in developing and maintaining internal controls, procedures, and documentation related to fixed assets accounting. • Support internal and external audit requests related to fixed assets, CIP, and inventory. • Assist with year-end reporting and audit schedules. • Participate in special projects, reporting initiatives, and process improvement efforts as assigned.
Role Description The Payment Integrity Analyst is responsible for accurately reviewing and completing pre- and post pay claim audits based on client, policy, industry standards and/or CMS guidelines. This is a remote position. Essential Functions & Responsibilities - Reviews, analyzes, and completes internal audits and/or appeals in accordance with client policy, CMS guidelines and industry standards in clear and professional written communication. - Use clinical judgement to appropriately interpret and apply client policies along with CMS guidelines as it relates to reviews done by CERIS such as itemized bill, DRG and/or specialty audits. - Utilize applicable tools and resources to complete internal audits and/or appeals. - Timely completion of internal audits and/or appeals. - Attends clinical team meetings, company meetings, educational opportunities/trainings, and other meetings. - Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications - Ability to use clinical judgment and analytical skills for claim audit review. - Knowledge of CMS/commercial payer policies, claims processing and reimbursements, IDC-10 Coding, and DRG Validation. - Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle and coordination of benefits. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially using pivot tables in Excel as well as database tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong interpersonal skills across all levels; comfortable interfacing with clients and the C-Suite. - Ability to work on several concurrent tasks and prioritize workload to meet designated deadlines. - Advanced problem-solving and data analysis capabilities. - Proven track record of delivering actionable results. - Strong attention to detail.
