Role Description We are looking for a Project & Resource Manager (m/f/d) to join our Research Operations & Enablement team and ensure the smooth, structured, and timely allocation of research capacity across a high volume of market research projects. In this role, you will act as the central coordination point between Account Management, Customer Success, and Research teams. You will ensure that incoming projects are properly assessed, prioritised, and staffed with the right researchers at the right time. Your work will directly enable Appinio to scale delivery while protecting team capacity and maintaining fast turnaround times. Beyond coordination, you will support the continuous improvement of our processes by helping to streamline project handovers, reduce manual effort, and contribute to the automation of project intake and resource allocation.
