Role Description We're hiring a Project Manager to drive document conversion workstreams inside a major Epic EMR rollout. You'll own Wave Three prep, where roughly 20 source systems are converting to Hyland OnBase and linking into Epic ahead of the November 2026 go-live. You'll also kick off due diligence on the eight (and growing) Wave Four conversions already on deck. This is hands-on project leadership, not a budget seat.
