Role Description We're hiring a Project Manager to drive document conversion workstreams inside a major Epic EMR rollout. You'll own Wave Three prep, where roughly 20 source systems are converting to Hyland OnBase and linking into Epic ahead of the November 2026 go-live. You'll also kick off due diligence on the eight (and growing) Wave Four conversions already on deck. This is hands-on project leadership, not a budget seat. If you like running the call, holding vendors accountable, and keeping complex conversion timelines from slipping a single week, you'll feel at home here. What You'll Do - Build and maintain the project plan, schedule, and resource model for Wave Three conversions using standard PMI PMBOK practices - Run weekly vendor calls across all in-flight source systems through go-live - Deliver weekly status reports to leadership, surface risks early, and keep mitigation plans current - Manage scope, schedule, and resourcing changes as conversion data and dependencies firm up - Start vendor outreach, discovery calls, and information gathering for Wave Four as the list gets finalized - Translate technical conversion work into clear business updates for leadership stakeholders Qualifications - 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in healthcare IT or EMR-adjacent environments - Proven experience leading data and document conversion projects end-to-end - Strong vendor and third-party management skills, you've owned those relationships before - Comfort presenting to leadership and running cross-functional working sessions - MS Project, CA Clarity, or a comparable PPM tool - Sharp organizational instincts, detail orientation, and clear written and verbal communication Requirements - Hyland OnBase experience (this is the bullseye) - Exposure to Epic integrations or healthcare data workflows - Track record on phased, wave-based enterprise rollouts - PMP certification Benefits - Healthcare Benefits including Medical, Prescription, Vision & Dental Coverage | United Healthcare - Voluntary STD & LTD | New York Life - 401(k) Retirement Planning | Fidelity - Discount Program The Details - 100% remote, no patient-facing work - Full-time, 40 hours/week - East Coast hours preferred, Central or Pacific considered for the right person - Contract through end of 2026 with strong likelihood of extension into 2027 - Brief shift flexibility may be needed around the May 30 Wave Two go-live Important - W2 only, no C2C - Unable to provide visa sponsorship - Direct candidates only, no third-party agency submissions
