• Directly manage and coach Account Executives across the Corporate sector, driving consistent, predictable revenue and pipeline health. • Recruit, interview, and hire new AEs and future leaders; partner with Talent/HR to build high-performing teams and effective onboarding processes. • Manage AEs through 6 and 7 figure deal values sales cycles across 6–12-month sales cycles. • Establish an enterprise deal governance process (capture plans, exec sponsors, competitive strategy) and a short-cycle playbook for new AEs (prospecting, qualification, MEDDICC/BANT hygiene, closing). • Shape go-to-market strategy for new logo acquisition and expansion across the commercial vertical. • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align messaging, enablement, and cross-sell/renewal motions. • Deliver recurring coaching, performance management, and career development for direct reports.

What You’ll Do NetDocuments is seeking a Senior Software Test Engineer to help ensure the quality and reliability of our applications across cloud and desktop environments. In this role, you will design and execute both manual and automated testing strategies, partnering closely with engineering teams to validate functionality and improve overall software quality. You will play a key role in advancing our automation capabilities, defining best practices, and driving continuous improvement in testing processes. • Become technically proficient in the NetDocuments suite of products • Answer incoming phone calls and own incoming Support Cases through our Support Portal • Troubleshoot technical problems and resolve issues for customers using the NetDocuments platform • Manage and respond to your backlog of Support Cases in a timely fashion • Own your Support Cases from creation through resolution • Participate in the Software Development lifecycle through diagnosis and reporting of new and known issues • Participate in KCS by creating and editing Knowledge Base articles • Quickly ramp up on new releases, enhancements, and product functionality to ensure successful support for customers • Assist in after hours on-call Support rotation (optional and paid) • Other duties as assigned
• Become highly proficient in the NetDocuments platform, architecture, and integrations, including migration tools such as ndImport, ndToolkit, etc. • Own and manage partner-submitted Support Cases from creation through resolution • Troubleshoot complex technical issues reported by partners, going beyond standard documentation to identify root causes • Reproduce issues in controlled environments and document clear, detailed replication steps • Analyze system behavior using logs, diagnostic tools, and network traces. Identify patterns by parsing and interpreting application or server logs. • Collaborate directly with partners to understand implementation challenges and guide them toward effective resolutions and best practices • Build strong working relationships with partners to facilitate efficient issue resolution • Communicate clearly and effectively through written case updates and live collaboration sessions when needed • Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining ownership and accountability for case progress • Stay current on NetDocuments releases, enhancements, and platform capabilities • Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing to improve team collaboration and enable partners to self-serve solutions • Participate in an on-call rotation to support critical partner needs during go-live events (rare but important)
