Role Description We're looking for a Business Systems & AI Automation Specialist to help build and scale our internal automation infrastructure across multiple business units. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in business systems, automation, workflow design, or internal tooling. - Demonstrated experience building systems, workflows, or automation solutions from the ground up. - Strong experience with at least one of the following platforms: HubSpot, Procore or similar CRM or project management platforms. - Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as Make.com, Zapier, Retool, Bubble, or similar. - Experience integrating platforms using APIs and automation tools. - Practical experience using AI tools (such as Claude or ChatGPT) to improve business processes. - Experience deploying or managing AI chatbots or workflow automation. - Excellent documentation skills, including SOPs, process documentation, and training materials. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Comfortable supporting multiple business units simultaneously. Nice to Have - Experience with Jonas Premier or Deputy. - Basic scripting skills using Python, JavaScript, or similar languages. - Experience within construction, property, engineering, or related industries. - Experience creating onboarding programs or managing virtual assistant workflows. - Familiarity with business process improvement or digital transformation initiatives.
