Job Requirements
- A law degree and real practice experience, including a minimum of 1–3 years as a practicing attorney (firm or corporate legal department)
- Genuine fluency with modern AI development
- A careful, methodical, rigorous mind
- Deep understanding of how legal work actually happens
- Comfort operating as a super-IC leader in a high-autonomy environment

Qualifications - Hands-on experience drafting patent applications, ideally as a European Patent Attorney, trainee Patent Attorney, Patent Agent, or similar IP professional. - Strong understanding of patent drafting, prosecution, and wider IP workflows. - A genuine interest in technology and curiosity about how AI can improve the way patent professionals work. - Enjoys engaging with customers and is comfortable demonstrating solutions. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to build credibility with patent attorneys, IP teams, and innovation leaders. - Comfortable delivering product demonstrations and leading customer discussions. - A commercial mindset with the ability to understand customer challenges and identify opportunities to create value. - Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams. - An interest in helping shape products, not just using them.
