Key Responsibilities: - Regional Marketing Leadership: - Define and execute the annual marketing strategy and plan for the DACH region, aligned with global objectives and regional growth goals. - Drive pipeline generation, funnel management, and revenue impact across new customer acquisition and expansion opportunities. - Lead and coach a high-performing team of four, fostering accountability, empowerment, and collaboration. - Own the regional marketing budget and ensure efficient resource allocation and ROI tracking across programmes and channels. - Campaign & Demand Generation: - Oversee localisation and execution of global demand generation initiatives for DACH, ensuring alignment with Demand Generation and Digital Marketing teams. - Conceptualise and lead region specific campaigns, from awareness to conversion, leveraging paid media, webinars, email, social, and events. - Continuously analyse conversion metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution) and implement optimisation actions to maximize performance. - Develop an integrated regional marketing plan combining global initiatives with local market dynamics, buyer segments, and personas. - Brand, Positioning & Market Presence: - Strengthen ALLPLAN’s brand recognition across DACH by driving strategic initiatives around SEO, GEO targeting, and consistent messaging. - Ensure brand integrity across all regional campaigns, events, and digital touchpoints in collaboration with Global Branding. - Represent the DACH region internally and externally as a strong voice of market excellence and customer orientation. - Sales Enablement & Events: - Align closely with Sales to define target accounts, messaging, and campaign follow ups that fuel the pipeline. - Drive the regional events strategy (trade shows, partner events, webinars) with strong execution, measurable outcomes, and structured lead handover processes. - Enable the Sales and Customer Success teams with insights, collateral, and content that support conversions and retention. - Data, Insights & Performance: - Develop and maintain a clear KPI and reporting framework covering funnel performance, campaign ROI, and regional pipeline contribution. - Use data from CRM and Marketing Automation systems (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo) to analyse performance and steer continuous improvement actions. - Provide transparent reporting and insights to stakeholders to inform pipeline forecasts and strategic decision making. Qualifications - 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in software/SaaS or technology driven environments, with proven success in regional leadership. - Strong expertise in demand generation, campaign management, and digital marketing across multi channel programs. - Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, manage budgets, and drive measurable business impact. - Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools (Salesforce, Marketo, Power BI, or equivalent). - Excellent analytical thinking, able to interpret funnel data and translate insights into action. - Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken. - High level of ownership, strategic acumen, and collaborative spirit to drive regional growth. This role will continue and further develop the Bluebeam Academic Program across DACH, France, and selected EU regions.
