Role Description The Global Channel Leader of construction solutions will manage and lead the channel account management (CAM) team responsible for GoCanvas and SiteDocs. Responsible for pioneering channel development, working with existing channel partners, recruiting new channel partners and taking the software portfolio into hyper growth globally. Closely work with brand leaders, marketing teams and product leaders to accelerate engineering solutions for enhanced integration, API / MCP advancements for open framework expansion and localized product needs globally. Ability to lead technical evolution of construction workflow solutions. About the Role: - Develop and define short and long-term channel sales program strategies. - Evaluate product capabilities and identify and build go-to-market campaigns within the targeted persona. - Evaluate effectiveness of current programs and selling success. - Develop go-to-market plans to leverage the Bluebeam partner ecosystem. - Enhance strategic partner programs to support business growth through new account acquisition, renewals, and global expansion. - Implement subscription migration upsell/cross-sell campaigns and strategy. - Possess deep technical knowledge with the ability to guide product demos and develop team familiarity with other industry solutions. - Work closely with regional sales leaders to execute on GTM strategies to penetrate new markets and meet revenue goals. - Identify growth opportunities in Customer Experience or digital experience. - Collaborate with functional business leaders on product needs & opportunities, training, reporting, and marketing activities. - Define channel synergy and avoid channel conflict with Channel Sales Directors and Channel Account Managers. - Monitor customer success via pipeline development, forecasting, and promotional activities with boldness to pivot as needed for optimal success. Qualifications - 8+ years leading and developing a software sales team in complex sales, channel, and business development. - Experience building partner ecosystems for SaaS software technology. - Leading channel sales team experience. - Experience in global sales. - Managing a global channel partner ecosystem. - Developing and tracking of KPIs. - Managing a sales funnel via SFDC. - Presenting to C-suite. - Highly technical to understand end user workflow across the industry. - Proven success of integrated solutions and interoperability. - BA/BS degree.
