Customer Service, Outreach Representative – Part-Time

• Conduct outbound calls to restaurants, bars, and hospitality businesses • Introduce the healthcare membership program professionally • Answer basic questions about the service and membership model • Build rapport with business owners and decision-makers • Assist in identifying potential member interest • Help schedule follow-up calls or meetings when applicable • Research businesses and identify decision-makers • Gather and verify contact information • Maintain organized lead and outreach records • Update spreadsheets and internal tracking systems • Document customer interactions and call outcomes • As the project evolves, may include appointment setting and follow-up outreach campaigns
• Resolve escalated technical issues related to systems, networks, and cloud platforms. • Manage and support Microsoft 365 and cloud environments (user accounts, permissions, configurations). • Administer Windows and Mac environments across multiple client accounts. • Configure and maintain networking components (firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi, VLANs). • Monitor systems using RMM tools and respond to alerts proactively. • Manage backups and assist in disaster recovery procedures. • Maintain endpoint security tools and ensure patch compliance. • Support onboarding and offboarding of users (account setup, access control). • Document technical procedures and system configurations accurately. • Escalate complex or architectural decisions to the Senior Engineer when necessary. • Contribute to workflow automation and system improvements when applicable.
• Provide advanced technical support and remote troubleshooting for network, hardware, and software issues. • Manage, monitor, and optimize servers, user accounts, and security settings in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and cloud environments. • Administer, configure, and maintain IT systems, backups, and disaster recovery processes. • Design and implement infrastructure improvements to enhance performance, security, and scalability. • Configure and support networking components (firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, routing). • Support automation and integration of IT systems using tools like Zoho, Monday, or similar platforms. • Lead or assist in incident response efforts, including security-related events and high-priority outages. • Document procedures, configurations, and technical environments accurately. • Assist with onboarding and access management across multiple client accounts. • Escalate critical incidents to the Head of IT when necessary while maintaining ownership and follow-up. • Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows, reliability, and security standards. • Ensure compliance with security and data protection best practices across all environments.
• Source, screen, and contact candidates from our internal database • Schedule and coordinate interviews • Support onboarding processes and maintain documentation • Take meeting minutes notes • Act as a communication bridge between departments (e.g., IT inspections/disconnections) • Review software usage and contribute to improving consistency across tools • Update and maintain candidate records in Zoho CRM • Assist the recruitment team with process improvements and administrative tasks
• Defining user prototypes, proto personas, or buyer personas to clarify the company's target market • Determining the interaction model and validating its effectiveness • Conducting user research and tests to identify behavioral patterns and key user values • Designing prototypes or wireframes for products or websites to represent their structure • Gaining a deep understanding of the product or website to better comprehend user reactions • Integrating UX with UI, considering typography, colors, ergonomics, etc. • Collaborating closely with the product development team • Pursuing continuous optimization through usability tests and observing KPI behaviors • Monitoring market trends and analyzing competitors' strategies and results • Performing other tasks based on the client's needs
• Execute cold calling and outbound outreach across approved channels. • Qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and assess service/brand fit. • Manage the sales pipeline in the CRM, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up. • Handle objections using approved sales messaging and scripts. • Execute and optimize lead follow-up and nurture sequences (manual + automated). • Support funnel performance through segmentation, timing, and messaging improvements. • Track and report key KPIs (calls, bookings, show rate, pipeline value). • Provide feedback on buyer behavior, objections, and market trends to improve conversion.
• Perform insurance eligibility and benefits verification for next-day patients across multiple carriers • Confirm active coverage and accurately determine patient financial responsibility (copays, deductibles, coinsurance) for visits, procedures, and treatments • Obtain referrals and prior authorizations from primary care physicians and insurance companies • Navigate and utilize health plan portals and insurance platforms efficiently • Collect payments for telehealth visits when applicable • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure patient readiness and prevent delays, denials, or cancellations • Support general administrative and office-related duties as needed • Work collaboratively with other insurance verification specialists and on-site staff
