• Develop storyboards, wireframes, and mockups to communicate design concepts. • Support developers in implementing designs accurately. • Work independently as a designer or as part of a larger project team. • Present ideas, concepts, and designs to clients and project teams. • Review and optimize web designs for clarity, flow, interaction, messaging, and usability. • Evaluate and improve information architecture and recommend improvements to overall design and content. • Collaborate with graphic designers and content strategists to develop content for the web. • Conduct research via competitive/comparative analysis, heuristic reviews, user interviews, or other research techniques appropriate for the project. • Facilitate usability testing with designs and incorporate feedback into new iterations of the design. • Lead or support the organization of workshops with users, stakeholders or internal team members, such as design studios or brainstorming sessions.

• Support the day-to-day design needs of a cross-functional product team • Drive alignment across multiple product areas • Partner closely with stakeholders, product managers, engineers, and other product designers to help define and execute on BlinkRx’s overall product vision and strategy • Be a vocal advocate for all segments of users and customers • Consistently deliver intuitive, well-crafted user experiences for BlinkRx products • Craft a modern, engaging user experience that solves both user and business needs • Organize and facilitate collaborative work sessions and design thinking exercises that span multiple teams or departments • Utilize user research insights and data analysis to inform design decisions • Propose and concept new product opportunities that are additive to product strategy • Define interaction patterns, user flows, and complex information architecture models that support the end-to-end user journey • Generate low, medium, and high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and prototypes • Conduct a basic level of generative and evaluative user research including moderation of user sessions • Document all product design work, including detailed UI specifications and UX decision making

• Own and evolve Lodgify's Design System, ensuring usability, accessibility, and scalability. • Define contribution models and governance to avoid fragmentation. • Translate product strategy into scalable design patterns and end-to-end user journeys. • Standardize complex cross-product experiences, such as the Universal Calendar and Notifications framework. • Identify systemic UX gaps and propose scalable solutions. • Partner with Engineers and PMs to align system evolution with architecture and product priorities. • Facilitate workshops and act as the go-to authority for global interaction patterns. • Maintain system libraries in Figma and ensure alignment with Engineering implementation. • Keep documentation clear, usable, and continuously updated. • Raise the bar on interaction precision and system coherence across teams.
