UI/UX Designer

MyVA Support (MYVAS)

• Defining user prototypes, proto personas, or buyer personas to clarify the company's target market • Determining the interaction model and validating its effectiveness • Conducting user research and tests to identify behavioral patterns and key user values • Designing prototypes or wireframes for products or websites to represent their structure • Gaining a deep understanding of the product or website to better comprehend user reactions • Integrating UX with UI, considering typography, colors, ergonomics, etc. • Collaborating closely with the product development team • Pursuing continuous optimization through usability tests and observing KPI behaviors • Monitoring market trends and analyzing competitors' strategies and results • Performing other tasks based on the client's needs

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
  • English proficiency at the C1 level
