• Active sales of our laser measurement technology in southern Germany (postal code regions 7 & 8), Austria, and prospectively Switzerland • Account management and expansion of existing customers as well as targeted new customer acquisition • Live demos at customer sites: demonstration of our beam profile analyzers & power meters directly on laser systems • Development of strategic OEM partnerships • Work with CRM/ERP systems and participation in budget planning • Responsibility for achieving your sales targets

• Drive sales of company products/services in the assigned territory • Identify, qualify, and follow up on leads from campaigns, trade shows, and cold calls • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets • Provide technical support, product trials, and training to customers • Troubleshoot issues, capture feedback, and coordinate with internal teams for solutions • Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities • Prepare activity, sales, and forecast reports

• Provide highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, servicing, and repair of MKS equipment and systems • Ensure our equipment are operating normally • Provide basic operational training to customers • Adhere to Field Service processes and operations excellence • Serve as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects • Support Sales by providing in-depth technical skills and knowledge • Manage and resolve technical escalations working with management and HQ Product teams • Act with urgency and professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction and success

• Providing equipment support to customers by providing immediate response and critical support on-site during machine breakdown to achieve the targeted MTTR. • Plan and execute periodic preventive maintenance procedures, implement retrofit / upgradation of equipment whenever necessary to ensure targeted MTBF and machine availability. • Identify opportunities for MKS Equipments, collaborate with global stake holders to provide the best value proposition to meet domestic customer needs and requirements. • Work closely with product management teams, Regional teams, and Tech Centers and implement auxillary equipment strategy to ensure optimum chemistry performance at customers. • Provide necessary training to customer personnel to implement periodic maintenance schedules and resolve breakdowns. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, and partners in the region. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and provide insights on market dynamics.

• Participate in the full lifecycle of ServiceNow delivery from requirements and design through build, test, and deployment • Design, configure, and implement customized workflows, automations, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, Script Includes, and integrations with a strong emphasis on ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) capabilities • Configure, enhance, and maintain key ServiceNow modules—primarily SPM (Project Portfolio Management, Demand, Resource, APM) and ITAM (HAM, SAM)—while also supporting related modules such as ITSM and ITOM as needed • Partner with product owners, process owners, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories and technical specifications • Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to understand current-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement • Define acceptance criteria and support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution • Serve as a subject-matter expert on ServiceNow capabilities, advising customers on the best way to solve business challenges • Provide Tier 2/3 support, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform root-cause analysis • Support platform upgrades, patching, release cycles, and instance management processes • Identify automation opportunities, streamline workflows, and help reduce manual effort and technical debt • Maintain accurate technical documentation, process guides, and design specifications

• Partner with IT Engineering, IT Architecture and Business to develop and support IT solutions • Define system requirements and design robust, scalable architectures • Assess and modernize legacy designs with a focus on Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery • Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable Cloud Landing Zones in AWS and Azure • Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform • Provide L3-level technical support for cloud environments • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues across AWS, Azure, Windows and Linux platforms • Architect and support cloud networking, including VPC/VNet design, routing, firewalls, DNS, load balancing, VPNs • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance cloud solutions • Monitor systems for performance, cost efficiency, security, and compliance • Support cloud migrations and optimizations

• Provide highly visible customer support through on-site installation, servicing and repair of complex equipment and systems. • Manage installation and repair of Liquid and Dry Ozone, FTIR, and RGA products for key accounts in the US. • Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment. • Check and approve operational quality of system equipment. • Serve as company liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters.

• Drive overall sales at designated customer/region • Develop sales practices and coordinate with teams • Provide technical support during installation audits • Build and maintain customer relationships • Conduct market research and provide insights

• Manage HTS and ECCN classification • Qualify goods under FTAs such as USMCA and GSP • Ensure compliance with EAR and ITAR export control requirements • Respond to CBP inquiries (CF-28/CF-29) • Conduct import audits for duty recovery opportunities • Oversee ACE portal management and denied party screening • Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, and Engineering

• Drive compliance and support sustainability initiatives for world-class products • Partner with the Global Product Compliance team to manage global product certifications and product environmental compliance • Stay current with global compliance and environmental standards and regulations through communications with third party suppliers and training • Work with global business units to ensure development compliance and legacy product continued compliance • Complete customer requests for product declarations or attestations of environmental compliance • Ensure third party lab scheduling, sample and documentation prep for testing • Conduct environmental compliance training for new requirements or revisions to regulations
