Role Description We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Operations Lead to drive the effectiveness of our sales organization through data governance, CRM administration, process optimization, and business analytics. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, CRM Administration, Revenue Operations, or a similar role. - Hands-on experience administering CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, or Workday CRM. - Experience integrating CRM systems with ERP, marketing automation, or financial systems. - Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools and CRM automation. - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, Power Query, formulas, and data analysis. - Experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools. - Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM best practices. - Experience with data governance, master data management, and maintaining enterprise data quality. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. - Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments. - Experience supporting fast-growing organizations and scaling sales operations is preferred.
