Job Description

Consulting Manager – Workday Integrations, Technical Solutions

Makse Group

• Lead the design, development, and support of Workday integrations for multiple clients • Ensure seamless data flow between systems • Gather customer requirements, develop scalable solutions, and troubleshoot complex integration challenges • Provide new solutions through modification and implementation of existing software tools and platforms • Build, test and deploy integrations utilizing Workday studio, core connectors, BIRT and XSLT • Resolve day-to-day production support tickets for Workday integrations • Research integration failures, perform root cause analyses, and report back to management • Gather and create detailed integration specifications, field mappings, and designs to support the entire integration deployment life-cycle • Develop and maintain complex Workday reports including custom advanced, BIRT reports, matrix, composite reports and calculated fields and configure Workday business process steps • Assist team with integration security audits to ensure data integrity and system security • Perform regression testing on integrations during Workday releases • Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline and automate data delivery and data management • Identify client enhancement opportunities for existing and new features introduced across new Workday releases

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday integration development including Studio, EIBs and Core Connectors
  • Proficiency in programming language such as Java
  • Working knowledge of XSLT, SOAP, and REST calls
  • Experience working with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
  • Experience with one or more workflow languages (CWL, WDL, Nextflow) is a plus
  • Familiarity with Workday administrative functions including tenant configuration, data governance, security, maintenance and system development life-cycle is a plus
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve exceptional results
  • Strong coaching and mentoring abilities to foster professional growth and development
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Information Systems or related field
