Workday Certified Project Manager

• Lead end-to-end Workday project delivery, including implementation planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and risk management • Manage client communications, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting throughout the project lifecycle • Develop and manage detailed project plans, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of all Workday-related deliverables • Identify project risks and dependencies, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively • Coordinate between client teams and internal Workday consultants across functional and technical workstreams • Support post-deployment transition, knowledge transfer, and client stabilization • Ensure documentation and project artifacts meet compliance and quality standards • Lead internal and client-facing change management and process improvement initiatives • Collaborate across teams in the U.S. and India to support a seamless onshore-offshore delivery model
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of Workday project management experience, specifically managing Workday deployments (HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, or Financials)
- Workday certification is required (e.g., Workday PM, Workday HCM, or related)
- Proven success managing cross-functional Workday teams and client-facing engagements
- PMP certification preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and client communication skills (domestic & international)
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with project metrics, process documentation, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma a plus)
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs), Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
