- Strong understanding of Workday Business Process Framework
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- Workday certification(s) in Core HCM, Compensation, or Talent is a plus

We work in small teams in clinics to deliver one on one support to patients by providing specialised CPAP therapy equipment & ongoing support services. We educate and support patients on their CPAP journey. We have a fabulous team spread across 16 clinics throughout Victoria. Our business is thriving and we are looking for a committed CPAP Consultant to join us on a part-time basis working 4.5 days a week from 9am to 5pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and from 9am to 1pm on a Saturday. These hours will be worked within our Geelong clinic. Role Responsibilities: Consulting/Patient Education - Providing advice, education and services for sleep patients both face to face & over the telephone - Providing CPAP set-ups, ongoing service and equipment according to a Physician's prescription - Reporting to referring physicians, hospitals and medical service providers Retail - Over the counter sale of products and services - Processing online orders, invoicing & general administration - Ordering & unpacking stock Clinic Maintenance - Maintaining clinic equipment - Sterilising equipment - Maintaining an immaculate clinic and consulting area And don't worry, we'll train you to do it all! You will work as part of a small team at clinic level and also have daily contact by phone across our 16 clinics. You will work autonomously with patients. This job is varied and provides a good balance of consulting, moving around the clinic, phone and face to face patient contact.
