• Research and fetch complete contact details of leads—including Name, Email Address, Contact Number, LinkedIn URL, City, State, Country, and more, using tools such as Clay, ContactOut, Apollo, Hunter, Lusha, Snovio, and similar data sources. • Ensure all contacts in HubSpot are regularly updated, validated, and enriched with accurate and complete information. • Build, maintain, and optimize HubSpot automation workflows to ensure only relevant and qualified contacts remain in the CRM. • Support data hygiene tasks, including duplicate checks, segmentation, list cleaning, lifecycle stage updates, and contact scoring. • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to design and implement outbound email campaigns and configure them within HubSpot and Instantly. • Assist with report generation, dashboards, and CRM insights to support sales and marketing decision-making. • Maintain documentation of prospecting processes, workflow configurations, playbooks, and templates. • Work efficiently with distributed teams and proactively communicate progress, blockers, and improvements.

• Design and implement generative AI solutions using large language models (LLMs). • Apply prompt engineering techniques and build scalable Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems. • Fine-tune and optimize models for performance, cost, and reliability. • Leverage AWS services such as Bedrock, SageMaker, and Lambda for deployment and inference. • Develop APIs and backend components for production-grade AI applications. • Implement observability, performance monitoring, and security best practices. • Drive responsible AI adoption through evaluation, bias detection, and compliance.

• Build coverage across AWS US sales territories, account managers, ISMs, partner-development managers, specialist sellers (Data, AI/ML, Modernization). • Reach out, follow up, show up at AWS Summits and regional partner events, and build named relationships. • Walk AWS reps through what agent-native AWS modernization means in practice and why that is different from what every other partner in their deck says. • Anchor every conversation in shipped Mactores case studies named customer, named baseline, named outcome, time-to-value, and cost reduction. • Identify customer fit, frame the business problem, articulate Mactores' business value, and tee up the technical demo. • Hand off to the forward-deployed engineer for the architecture and technical walkthrough. Your job is to make sure the FDE walks into a qualified room. • Source Amazon-originated opportunities into the Mactores pipeline; register them in ACE; keep the AWS rep in the loop through cycle close. • Feed market signal back to Mactores leadership what AWS reps are hearing from customers, where the partner conversation is shifting, and what messaging is landing.

• Own feature delivery for the Aedeon product: findings dashboard, agent pipeline UI, onboarding, workspace management, and the upcoming features planned in the pipeline. • Build entirely through agentic coding workflows. Write specs and tests, let agents implement, review, and ship. • Set up and enforce test-driven development across the product codebase. Choose the tools, define coverage thresholds, and integrate into CI. If it's not tested, it doesn't merge. • Instrument engineering performance test coverage, deployment frequency, sprint velocity, and defect rates. No metric, no claim. • Release to production every sprint. No carry-overs, no "almost done." • Work alongside 2 existing full-stack engineers. Your workflow, your test discipline, and your velocity set the standard. • Collaborate with the agent engineering team to surface pipeline outputs, code intelligence graphs, findings, and migration recommendations in the product UI.

• Write efficient code in the chosen technology for the project - For example - Spark, Apache Beam • Explore new technologies and learn new techniques to solve business problems creatively • Collaborate with many teams - engineering and business, to build better data products and services • Deliver the projects along with the team collaboratively and manage updates to customers on time

• Create a project plan based on the scope of work defined by the Solutions Architect using Smartsheet • Identify activities, dependencies, sequencing, and time estimates • Onboard the team of engineers on customer systems, project scope, process, deliverable, documentation requirements • Create project kick-off presentation, charter, and tracking mechanism in collaboration with the customer • Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint retrospective meeting • Facilitate internal and external architecture discussions, review calls, and document decisions with the teams who work in India and three timezones in the US • Proactively create meeting notes, weekly customer presentations, and organize project documents and recorded calls • Review and approve employee timesheets, leaves and perform team calendar management • Enable customer success by proactively communicating project status, risks, requests • Take ownership of customer escalations and facilitate the resolution • Negotiate the scope changes in the project by producing appropriate project documentation

• Implement, the cloud architectures defined by the Solutions Architect on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. • Be part of the team that supports customers Cloud deployments in 24x7 operational support system. • Monitor customers production infrastructure in 24x7 rotational shifts Improve monitoring and alerting systems by appropriate usage of automation tools. • Prepare customers monthly operational reports and present them at a scheduled frequency. • Lead and guide the team in identifying and implementing new technologies. • Work with off-the-shelf/open source tools to manage our infrastructure reliably, and with resiliency in the face of unexpected behaviors, including tools like Chef, scripting languages, etc. • Maintain and enhance existing enterprise infrastructure.

• Automate infrastructure creation using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation. • Perform application configuration management and enable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) through deployment tools. • Own and manage the build and release cycle for customer projects. • Share responsibilities for deploying releases and other operations and maintenance activities. • Enhance operations infrastructure such as Jenkins clusters, Bitbucket, monitoring tools (Consul), and metrics tools like Graphite and Grafana. • Provide operational support for the engineering team and help migrate legacy infrastructure to the cloud. • Establish and enforce operational best practices. • Work on data platforms and enable scalable infrastructure for tools like Amazon EMR, Redshift, and SageMaker.
