Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field or equivalent combination of education/experience. - 15+ years of experience in PMIS architecture, design, and implementation for large-scale, heavy-civil infrastructure programs (e.g., highways, roads and bridges, transit (bus and rail), aviation (international airports), and/or water sectors), including complex, multi-contract delivery environments. - Proven experience in client-facing roles, serving as a technical advisor and leading technical or development teams. - Strong understanding of project controls processes and enterprise system integration across cost, schedule, and financial systems. - Experience defining solution architecture, workflow design, and integration strategy for PMIS platforms. - Experience leading integration of PMIS with scheduling systems (e.g., Primavera P6), ERP platforms, financial systems, and document management systems. - Experience aligning PMIS architecture with project controls frameworks, including integration of cost, schedule, and financial data. - Familiarity with AI-enabled technologies and their application within PMIS or project delivery environments. - Advanced knowledge of PMIS platforms such as Oracle Primavera Unifier, Kahua, and Procore. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365 (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.). Role Description We are seeking a people-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support Luster National’s hiring goals across infrastructure consulting programs and project-based initiatives.
