• Establish and evolve a centralized Go-to-Market analytics function supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership • Own the development and governance of core GTM KPIs across pipeline, revenue, retention, expansion, product adoption, customer health, and operational performance • Build repeatable analytics workflows that reduce ad hoc analysis dependency and create sustainable self-service capabilities • Lead the strategy and evolution of dashboards and reporting products in Tableau and other BI platforms • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Operations leaders to identify opportunities • Drive adoption of centralized metric definitions, semantic layers, and data governance standards • Support forecasting, pipeline analysis, customer retention analysis, and revenue intelligence initiatives

• Act as a trusted People Partner for Loopers in the India Hub, working closely with leaders and employees to drive engagement, development and retention. • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace by implementing engagement strategies, championing company culture and leading local employee experience initiatives. • Support managers in coaching, feedback and performance conversations while helping employees navigate career growth opportunities. • Ensure People policies, compensation, and benefits align with local labor laws and company practices. Collaborate with legal and finance teams as needed. • Partner with leaders on organizational changes, team effectiveness, and continuous improvement. • Support the rollout of global People programs in India, such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination (Deel), and compliance. • Provide guidance to employees and managers on workplace concerns, conflict resolution, and best practices in alignment with Loopio values. • Support local in-person events, team gatherings and celebrations that strengthen Loopio’s culture in India • Oversee partnerships with coworking spaces and manage vendor relationships to ensure remote employees have the necessary workspace and resources

• Lead the company’s annual budgeting process, quarterly reforecasting, and long-range financial planning • Own consolidated SaaS operating model including ARR, revenue, bookings, churn, CAC, gross margin, and operating expense forecasting • Develop driver-based financial models to support growth planning and investment decisions • Monitor actuals vs. forecast and provide variance analysis with actionable recommendations • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for executive leadership and Board of Directors • Deliver insights into company performance, key SaaS metrics, cash flow, and operational efficiency • Serve as a strategic finance partner to GTM, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success leadership teams • Drive accountability around departmental budgets, hiring plans, and operational KPIs • Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity modelling to support strategic decision-making • Analyze SaaS metrics and unit economics to improve forecasting accuracy and business performance • Manage and mentor StratFin Manager team members • Help build a high-performing, scalable finance function aligned to company growth objectives

• Build meaningful relationships with Loopio's Enterprise customers through engaging emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings • Partner with the dedicated Customer Enablement Manager • Develop meaningful plans that feed customer long-term goals • Develop creative strategies to increase customer engagement and drive growth • Manage key metrics that feed into team based goals around retention • Share Customer Success stories through case studies and internal communication • Work with the Product Teams to champion customer insights and stories • Measure and action on engagement data through our Customer Health Score framework

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap • Collaborate closely with Design, Customer Experience, and Go-to-Market teams • Partner with Engineering and Data Science to deliver AI-powered solutions • Define, track, and optimize success metrics • Lead cross-functional rituals • Build market and competitive expertise • Engage directly with customers to understand product impact • Drive alignment across stakeholders

• Monitor and investigate security events across networks and cloud environments • Support security incident response through investigation and escalation • Review authentication activity and access controls for gaps • Maintain effectiveness of security operational controls and practices • Support logging and monitoring controls across infrastructure • Participate in BCP/DR testing and documentation activities • Collaborate with Engineering and Product for secure software development practices • Work cross-functionally to support security operations and customer trust initiatives

• Leverage AI tools and Insights Agents to automate foundational analysis • Conduct deep analysis of large, complex datasets to support high-impact initiatives • Design and maintain scalable data models and contribute to centralized semantic layer • Design and optimize dashboards in Tableau and other BI tools • Partner with business teams to integrate AI capabilities into analytics workflows • Provide guidance on when to use dashboards vs. AI-driven analysis • Support the development and adoption of a centralized data dictionary • Upskill analysts and business users on both traditional BI and emerging AI-enabled analytics capabilities • Continuously identify opportunities to replace manual analysis with automated, AI-assisted workflows

• Collaborating closely with Product Managers and Product Designers in an agile environment • Using knowledge of full stack development to support the team • Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving software defects through manual testing • Participating in all Scrum rituals • Contributing to the transition of our application to a service-based architecture • Squashing bugs • Contributing to technical estimates and planning for development tasks • Preparing and maintaining technical documentation for developed features

• Maintain the Accounts Payable subledger • Vendor setup and maintenance • Management of the AP inbox including timely and professional responses to vendor inquiries • Reconcile vendor statements to internal reports • Review vendor invoice coding and departmental allocation • 2-Way-Match purchase orders to invoice, identify, and resolve discrepancies • Process payments to vendors • Employee expense processing and approval • Credit card reconciliations and expense processing • Identify areas for process improvement and working with the team to find solutions • Support ad-hoc projects and requests across the Finance team

• Lead the development of end-to-end features for Loopio’s web platform • Drive architectural decisions and system-level designs across teams • Build technology for bug prevention in software • Gather user feedback for creating a user-centric experience • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to iterate on features • Mentor and coach teammates to foster knowledge-sharing • Contribute to AI roadmap with evaluation of third-party models and technical guidelines • Lead technical design discussions and influence decision-making
