• Establish and evolve a centralized Go-to-Market analytics function supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership • Own the development and governance of core GTM KPIs across pipeline, revenue, retention, expansion, product adoption, customer health, and operational performance • Build repeatable analytics workflows that reduce ad hoc analysis dependency and create sustainable self-service capabilities • Lead the strategy and evolution of dashboards and reporting products in Tableau and other BI platforms • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Operations leaders to identify opportunities • Drive adoption of centralized metric definitions, semantic layers, and data governance standards • Support forecasting, pipeline analysis, customer retention analysis, and revenue intelligence initiatives

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, revenue operations, or related fields
  • 2+ years of experience leading analytics initiatives
  • 2+ years of experience with people leadership
  • Strong experience supporting Go-to-Market organizations (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations)
  • Deep expertise in SQL and BI platforms
  • Strong understanding of data modelling, semantic layers, and modern data warehousing concepts
  • Experience building scalable reporting and analytics operating models
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate complex business questions into actionable analytical solutions
  • Experience balancing strategic initiatives with operational execution in fast-paced environments
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on scalability and continuous improvement.

We are expanding our Insights team within the Corporate practice by welcoming an Insights Associate to develop and deliver data-driven insights for prospective clients. The Financial Analyst supports the Center by providing comprehensive financial management and analysis across all funding sources. This role is responsible for financial planning, reporting, compliance monitoring, and transactional oversight related to internal and external funding for faculty and staff, ensuring alignment with institutional policy and sponsor requirements. This position may be eligible to work hybrid within the Greater Houston, TX area after a 60-day training period.
