Product Manager11 days ago

Role Description As a Growth Product Owner (Web), you'll drive growth across a portfolio of web products, with a primary focus on maximizing Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) and conversion rate (CR) across our web funnels. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you'll own the design and execution of a science-backed experimentation program - turning hypotheses into validated, statistically sound results that move revenue. You'll also be expected to work as an AI-native PO: using Claude, Replit, and n8n to automate operational work and accelerate discovery, design, and delivery, so more of your time goes to high-leverage growth thinking. What you'll own - Increase ARPU and CR across web funnels through a rigorous, science-backed experimentation program — this is the core of the role. - Define, prioritize, and run high-impact growth experiments across multiple products, from hypothesis to readout. - Optimize conversion funnels end to end: acquisition → paywall → revenue retention. - Test and refine pricing and packaging (trials, bundles, subscriptions, upsells and upgrades). - Improve churn-prevention flows (cancellation flow, pause/discount offers, win-back). - Apply statistical rigor (MDE, sample size, p-value, significance) so every experiment is valid and decisions are defensible. - Build and maintain an 80/20 prioritization framework to find the biggest ARPU/CR opportunities for the lowest effort. - Use AI tools to compound your output: automate reporting, QA, and operational workflows with n8n; prototype and ship test variants and internal tools with Replit; and use Claude across discovery, copy/design iteration, analysis, and documentation. - Work closely with design, engineering, and data to implement A/B tests and interpret results. - Report results, learnings, and next steps clearly to stakeholders. Qualifications - 2–4 years in Growth, CRO, or Product with direct ARPU or revenue responsibility. - Experience with subscription-based products. - Demonstrated ability to increase ARPU and CR of web funnels through a structured, science-backed experimentation program, not ad hoc tests. - Advanced knowledge of A/B testing methodology and statistical concepts (MDE, sample size, significance). - Strong understanding of funnel optimization, paywalls, pricing experiments, and churn reduction. - Hands-on with web analytics (Amplitude, Tableau) and A/B testing platforms (Amplitude Experiments, RevenueCat Funnels, VWO, or similar). - Comfort adopting AI tools in daily work (Claude, Replit, n8n, or equivalents) to automate operations and speed up discovery, design, and delivery. - Strong analytical skills; SQL proficiency a plus. - Proven ability to prioritize by impact vs. effort and deliver measurable results. - Clear communication and solid stakeholder management. Requirements - Growth and career development: We prioritize your growth. Enjoy a flexible career path with personalized internal training and an annual budget for external learning opportunities. - Work-Life balance: Benefit from a flexible schedule with flextime and the option of working full remote or from our Barcelona office. Enjoy free Friday afternoons with a 7-hour workday, plus a 35-hour workweek in July and August so you can savor summer! - Comprehensive benefits: Competitive salary, full-time permanent contract, and top-tier private health insurance (including dental and psychological services). - 25 days of vacation plus your birthday off, with flexible vacation options—no blackout days! - Unique Perks: If you wish to come, in our office in Barcelona you’ll find it complete with free coffee, fresh fruit, snacks, a game room, and a rooftop terrace with stunning Mediterranean views. - Additional benefits include ticket restaurant and nursery vouchers, paid directly from your gross salary. Engineer18 days ago

Role Description As part of the AI-LAB team of MAU, as a Senior Product Engineer, you will be instrumental in building a multiplatform AI-powered document system serving hundreds of thousands of users every month. We need a Product Engineer who ships end-to-end: someone who thinks like a product owner, codes like a craftsperson, and reaches for AI-native tooling by default. - Build and maintain the core multiplatform document system. You’ll own features end-to-end, from idea to production, React frontends, Node.js/Express backends, and PostgreSQL. - Ship to learn. Proactively instrument features, measure impact, seek user feedback, and iterate or kill based on what you discover. You treat metrics as a compass, not a report card. - Design and orchestrate agentic AI workflows using modern frameworks (LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK, MCP protocols) and integrate LLMs into product features via prompt chains, tool calling, and function execution. - Collaborate with engineers, designers, and leadership to shape the product roadmap. You’ll have a real voice in what gets built and why. - Build, maintain, and extend automation pipelines and connect them with AI agents, external APIs, webhooks, and cloud services on GCP. Qualifications - Python fluency, you can quickly build and utilise a wide range of libraries when the task calls for it. - 2–5 years of full-stack experience in a high-output team. You know how to balance speed with quality and when to choose one over the other. - Deep TypeScript & React proficiency on the frontend (Hooks, Context API, Vite, Shadcn UI) and backend (Node.js, Express, REST APIs, PostgreSQL). - You have taste. You can distinguish between good and bad UX, and you can share examples to demonstrate it. - You’re AI-native. You reach for agents by default, understand MCP and agentic orchestration patterns, and have built guardrails to trust them more and more. Python proficiency for rapid prototyping is a must. - You’re self-driven and business-aware. You care about solving real problems and moving the needle on metrics, not just shipping features. Give you context, and you’ll find the leverage. Requirements - Previous hands-on experience with LLMs in production, prompt tuning, RAG pipelines, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate), or agentic frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI). - Familiarity with LLM observability tools (Langfuse, LangSmith) and cloud platforms (GCP). - A genuine passion for AI and a habit of staying on the frontier: new models, protocols (MCP, A2A), and developer tooling. Benefits - We prioritize your growth. Enjoy a flexible career path with personalized internal training and an annual budget for external learning opportunities. - Benefit from a flexible schedule with flextime and the option of working full remote or from our Barcelona office. Enjoy free Friday afternoons with a 7-hour workday, plus a 35-hour workweek in July and August so you can savor summer! - Competitive salary, full-time permanent contract, and top-tier private health insurance (including dental and psychological services). - 25 days of vacation plus your birthday off, with flexible vacation options—no blackout days! - If you wish to come, in our office in Barcelona you’ll find it complete with free coffee, fresh fruit, snacks, a game room, and a rooftop terrace with stunning Mediterranean views. - Additional benefits include ticket restaurant and nursery vouchers, paid directly from your gross salary.

MarTech Specialist

leadtech

Leadtech is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Employer, which means we encourage applications from people with different backgrounds, interests, and personal circumstances. Our team welcomes applicants regardless of their race, gender, age, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, and/or disabilities. All we need is your high energy, skills, and willingness to be a part of a great project!

Role Description We're looking for a MarTech specialist with strong expertise in attribution, tracking, measurement and growth analytics across mobile apps and web products. The ideal candidate understands how app and web marketing ecosystems work: user acquisition, attribution, monetisation, tracking, and performance measurement. They should go beyond a standard Data Analyst in Martech depth and operational know-how, but do not need to build pipelines or infrastructure. This is the perfect opportunity for you if: - You’re looking for a place where you can work on a portfolio of apps, not just one. - You can go deeper into how growth actually works under the hood. - You’re surrounded by people who are just as curious (and stubborn) as you are. People who: - Care about why data doesn’t match. - Enjoy debating attribution logic. - Won’t look at you weird when you say “I checked the raw postbacks.” This role sits within MarTech, not within the Marketing / Paid UA team. You’ll work closely with UA folks but your focus is measurement, tracking, and infrastructure, not campaign execution. Long story short: making sure the data flows smoothly and is useful. 👉 You won’t just work on growth: you’ll help build the foundations that make it work. Qualifications - Fluent English skills: Clear communication with UA, MarTech and Data teams is essential. - Martech & Marketing Knowledge (priority): Must understand growth and measurement across mobile and web. - Mobile: Attribution / MMP (AppsFlyer preferred), Monetisation (RevenueCat, Adapty), Product analytics (Amplitude). - Web: Web analytics & tagging (GTM, pixels, event/data layer setup), Web acquisition (SEM, paid social, landing pages, conversion tracking). - Cross-channel measurement: how web and app funnels connect (W2A, web-to-app, etc.). Requirements - Core requirements: Fluent English skills. - Technical / Analytics Requirements: SQL and comfort working with marketing data. - Ability to clean, validate, and analyse tracking data across sources. - Understanding of APIs and event-based integrations. - Comfortable collaborating with technical teams on data issues, pipelines, and integrations. Benefits - Competitive salary, full-time permanent contract, and top-tier private health insurance (including dental and psychological services). - 25 days of vacation plus your birthday off, with flexible vacation options—no blackout days! - Enjoy a flexible career path with personalized internal training and an annual budget for external learning opportunities. - Benefit from a flexible schedule with flextime and the option of working full remote or from our Barcelona office. - Free Friday afternoons with a 7-hour workday, plus a 35-hour workweek in July and August. - Office perks such as free coffee, fresh fruit, snacks, a game room, and a rooftop terrace with stunning Mediterranean views. - Additional benefits include ticket restaurant and nursery vouchers, paid directly from your gross salary.

Product Manager31 days ago

Role Description We're looking for a Product Manager who owns acquisition end-to-end — someone who deeply understands why users show up, what makes them convert, and where the funnel breaks. You work from data and move fast. AI is a core part of how you work not something you're adopting, something you've already adopted and add value in your day-to-day. You own the top of the funnel. Everything from first touch to first purchase: traffic, landing pages, signup flows, onboarding entry points, and the conversion logic in between. You bring ideas to life end-to-end: from defining what should be built to testing and deploying it. You're as much a maker as you are a PM, and that's precisely the mindset this role calls for. What you'll do - Identify acquisition bottlenecks through data and turn them into prioritised, fast experiments - Use AI to accelerate discovery — synthesising user signals, analysing patterns, and forming hypotheses faster than a traditional research cycle allows - Run A/B tests on pricing, conversion flows and UX with clear hypotheses and honest readouts - Build automated workflows that scale your acquisition efforts without scaling headcount - Define and track the metrics that matter and know which ones are vanity - Translate user behaviour into product and UX decisions that move conversion Qualifications - 5+ years of PM experience with an obsession in growth or acquisition - Strong analytical foundation: comfortable pulling and interpreting your own data - Familiar with analytics and tracking tools such as Amplitude, Tableau, Databriks - Clear, structured communicator who can align stakeholders on commercial impact - Optional: background in engineering or a heavy maker mindset Requirements - Comfortable operating in small and dynamic team - You're comfortable using AI as part of how you work whether that's for research, drafting, analysis, or problem-solving - Claude in combination with MCP’s is embedded in how you work - Opportunity to manage high-impact budgets in a 100% performance-driven environment - Work with a modern tech stack and advanced attribution models - A culture that values technical expertise and proactive experimentation - Operate at a level of spend and complexity few teams reach - Be part of a modern Performance Marketing organisation with a cross-channel mindset - High ownership, strong collaboration with Product, Data and Creative teams Benefits - At Leadtech, we prioritize your growth with a flexible career path and personalized internal training - Annual budget for external learning opportunities - Flexible schedule with flextime and the option of working full remote or from our Barcelona office - Free Friday afternoons with a 7-hour workday - 35-hour workweek in July and August - Competitive salary, full-time permanent contract, and top-tier private health insurance - 25 days of vacation plus your birthday off, with flexible vacation options - Office perks such as free coffee, fresh fruit, snacks, a game room, and a rooftop terrace - Additional benefits include ticket restaurant and nursery vouchers Equal Employment Opportunity Employer Leadtech is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Employer, which means we encourage applications from people with different backgrounds, interests, and personal circumstances.
