Job Description
Web Growth Product Owner
leadtech
Role Description As a Growth Product Owner (Web), you'll drive growth across a portfolio of web products, with a primary focus on maximizing Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) and conversion rate (CR) across our web funnels. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you'll own the design and execution of a science-backed experimentation program - turning hypotheses into validated, statistically sound results that move revenue. You'll also be expected to work as an AI-native PO: using Claude, Replit, and n8n to automate operational work and accelerate discovery, design, and delivery, so more of your time goes to high-leverage growth thinking. What you'll own - Increase ARPU and CR across web funnels through a rigorous, science-backed experimentation program — this is the core of the role. - Define, prioritize, and run high-impact growth experiments across multiple products, from hypothesis to readout. - Optimize conversion funnels end to end: acquisition → paywall → revenue retention. - Test and refine pricing and packaging (trials, bundles, subscriptions, upsells and upgrades). - Improve churn-prevention flows (cancellation flow, pause/discount offers, win-back). - Apply statistical rigor (MDE, sample size, p-value, significance) so every experiment is valid and decisions are defensible. - Build and maintain an 80/20 prioritization framework to find the biggest ARPU/CR opportunities for the lowest effort. - Use AI tools to compound your output: automate reporting, QA, and operational workflows with n8n; prototype and ship test variants and internal tools with Replit; and use Claude across discovery, copy/design iteration, analysis, and documentation. - Work closely with design, engineering, and data to implement A/B tests and interpret results. - Report results, learnings, and next steps clearly to stakeholders. Qualifications - 2–4 years in Growth, CRO, or Product with direct ARPU or revenue responsibility. - Experience with subscription-based products. - Demonstrated ability to increase ARPU and CR of web funnels through a structured, science-backed experimentation program, not ad hoc tests. - Advanced knowledge of A/B testing methodology and statistical concepts (MDE, sample size, significance). - Strong understanding of funnel optimization, paywalls, pricing experiments, and churn reduction. - Hands-on with web analytics (Amplitude, Tableau) and A/B testing platforms (Amplitude Experiments, RevenueCat Funnels, VWO, or similar). - Comfort adopting AI tools in daily work (Claude, Replit, n8n, or equivalents) to automate operations and speed up discovery, design, and delivery. - Strong analytical skills; SQL proficiency a plus. - Proven ability to prioritize by impact vs. effort and deliver measurable results. - Clear communication and solid stakeholder management. Requirements - Growth and career development: We prioritize your growth. Enjoy a flexible career path with personalized internal training and an annual budget for external learning opportunities. - Work-Life balance: Benefit from a flexible schedule with flextime and the option of working full remote or from our Barcelona office. Enjoy free Friday afternoons with a 7-hour workday, plus a 35-hour workweek in July and August so you can savor summer! - Comprehensive benefits: Competitive salary, full-time permanent contract, and top-tier private health insurance (including dental and psychological services). - 25 days of vacation plus your birthday off, with flexible vacation options—no blackout days! - Unique Perks: If you wish to come, in our office in Barcelona you’ll find it complete with free coffee, fresh fruit, snacks, a game room, and a rooftop terrace with stunning Mediterranean views. - Additional benefits include ticket restaurant and nursery vouchers, paid directly from your gross salary. Equal Employment Opportunity Employer Our company is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Employer, which means we encourage applications from people with different backgrounds, interests, and personal circumstances. Our team welcomes applicants regardless of their race, gender, age, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, and/or disabilities. All we need is your high energy, skills, and willingness to be part of a great project! Location You'll have the flexibility to choose whether you'd like to come to the office every day, from time to time, or work fully remote. We want you to find the best combination for you.
