• Own the company-wide payments product strategy and multi-year roadmap • Lead product development across Payment Platform, Merchant Billing & Invoicing, and Payer Experiences for small business and Enterprise customers • Evolve the platform layer (routing, settlement, fund flow, compliance architecture) that powers the 8am payments ecosystem • Partner with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Finance, RevOps, and CX to drive adoption, volume growth, and measurable customer an business value • Ensure payment safety, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and trust across all features

• Own the E2E flow automation strategy for SaaS Platform, prioritizing critical customer journeys (auth, provisioning, identity, role and permission flows) over exhaustive atomic coverage. • Build and maintain automation in Python with Playwright for UI flows and PyTest for API and contract coverage, contributing back to our internal framework when you find gaps. • Integrate tests into CircleCI and our tiered quality gates (PR smoke, nightly, pre-release regression) so gates are enforceable, fast, and trustworthy. Flaky tests are a defect; treat them like one. • Validate authentication, provisioning, and role/permission flows, and the OpenAPI contracts that downstream products depend on across MyCase, DocketWise, CASEPeer, and LawPay. • Partner with the Quality Engineers on your squad/across the organization: they surface the risk and coverage signals; you close them with automation. • Use AI tooling where it accelerates real outcomes: test plan generation, code review, automation scaffolding, and coverage gap analysis through our Qase MCP integration.

• Requires independent discretion for account verifications and approvals that help the business continue growing • Strong attention to detail when reviewing new client account information • Working with other departments to help protect the company against fraud • Independently onboarding, reviewing, and approving new accounts • Create initial limits for accounts based on account review, work with Risk for adjustments • Seeking out accounts that appear to be fraudulent and alerting management when necessary • Collaborating with the other Underwriting team members in order to work most efficiently • The last day of every month require additional attention to help the business continue to grow • Customer account maintenance as needed • Possessing positive, can-do attitude during busy times of the month

• Perform month-end close functions for multiple entities • Cross train with accounting team on prepaids, fixed assets, and other functional areas as assigned • Record cash transaction activity and reconcile all bank accounts • Support financial and tax audits by providing PBC schedules and documentation as assigned • Ensure procedures are in accordance with GAAP requirements and accounting department policies • Perform ad hoc analysis as requested

• Own the administration and optimization of billing systems (Zuora, Stripe), including product catalogs, pricing, subscriptions, invoicing, payments, and revenue workflows • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across billing platforms, supporting reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting • Manage system configurations, environments (dev/QA/UAT/prod), and user access to support cross-functional teams (Finance, Ops, Customer Success) • Design and maintain integrations between billing systems, Salesforce, and internal tools, ensuring reliable and scalable data flows • Troubleshoot system and integration issues, monitor data syncs, and resolve discrepancies across platforms • Drive automation and process improvements using tools like Workato to streamline billing operations and the customer lifecycle • Partner with Engineering, Finance, and Operations to enhance systems, support data migrations, and implement scalable, compliant solutions

• Lead a team of QEs embedded in Agile squads: hiring, coaching, performance management, and growing your ICs along our QE career ladder. • Manage QE resource allocation across squads: rebalancing coverage as priorities shift, covering for leave or open headcount, and surfacing tradeoffs to Engineering and Product when demand exceeds capacity. • Own the QE practice across the squads your QEs work in, enforce release readiness standards through our quality gates, and keep Qase traceability coherent. • Review test plans authored by your team and raise the bar on coverage, clarity, and maintainability. • Partner with peer QE managers, the Tooling and Automation team, Data Engineering, and Product to identify critical automation paths and build them into the quality gates, balancing the flows customers actually use with the flows we want customers adopting. • Pull in our nonfunctional QE specialists (Data, Security, Performance) where their expertise sharpens coverage for the squads your QEs are in. • Partner with Customer Support and Customer Success to bring customer signal into QE, positioning your team as customer advocates who catch failure modes before they become widespread. • Own post-release quality: driving QE response and root cause analysis when escapes happen, and feeding those learnings back into gates, test coverage, and process. • Enforce existing QE processes and drive continuous improvement. Contribute to Themis, our Python/PyTest/Playwright-based automation framework that implements our quality gates.

• Create, improve, and maintain sales processes, best practices, policies, playbooks, and documentation. • Develop and deliver virtual, in-person, and self-paced onboarding and continuous education sessions tailored to individual sales roles across multi-product domains. • Develop competent assessment strategies and 1:1 training and coaching programs that scale, which ensures all sales reps are proficient in product knowledge, value propositions, messaging, competitive landscapes, and sales processes in line with their respective roles. • Create and maintain a repository of sales enablement materials, such as sales decks, case studies, product videos, and other collateral. • Own data, analytics, and measurement of sales enablement programs, defining KPIs to assess effectiveness across onboarding, content adoption, and sales performance, and using insights to drive continuous improvement. • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Business Operations to identify highest-impact training and content priorities. • Own and serve as a subject matter expert on sales tools and technologies. • Reinforce resources and methodologies to ensure the success, efficiency, and effectiveness of our sales organization. • Stay current on industry trends and best practices, and recommend solutions to address processes and knowledge gaps.

• Develop, maintain, and support backend services and APIs that power customer-facing websites and marketing platforms. • Assist with integrations between Marketing Operations systems (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce) to ensure reliable data flow and workflow automation. • Contribute to database design and maintenance to support marketing and customer data needs, with a focus on reliability and performance. • Build and maintain APIs and services that integrate with third-party platforms and internal tools. • Help optimize backend code and processes for performance, scalability, and stability. • Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and marketing stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital experiences. • Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues, escalating complex problems when needed. • Write and maintain clear technical documentation for systems, integrations, and processes. • Communicate progress, risks, and status updates to relevant stakeholders. • Follow issues and defects through their full lifecycle to resolution. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Automate deployment, monitoring, and management for 100% AWS cloud based infrastructure • Develop, implement and own developer focused internal tooling and automation as your product • Share in new feature design as the cloud SME supporting container/k8s first designs • Create and maintain automated Ci/CD pipelines that streamline the release process and ensure high-quality code is delivered rapidly and continuously in a safe and compliant manner • Develop, manage and enhance the Internal Developer and Production Platforms achieving maximum availability and stability metrics • Collaborate with developers to identify pain points and bottlenecks in the development process and design and implement solutions that improve the developer experience and increase overall productivity • Put together comprehensive onboarding programs and training resources to seamlessly integrate new developers into the organization • Participate in an on-call rotation and provide emergency support occasionally outside of normally scheduled hours as needed • Evolve and extend observability tools and systems to determine and resolve performance and usability issues
