Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience administering billing platforms such as Zuora, Stripe, or similar subscription billing systems
  • Strong understanding of subscription billing concepts including pricing models, invoicing, payments, and revenue recognition principles
  • Experience building and maintaining integrations between billing systems, Salesforce, and custom-built applications
  • Hands-on experience with middleware and automation tools such as Workato (or similar platforms like Zapier, Mulesoft, etc.)
  • Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and data integration patterns
  • Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, solution design, and deployment to end users
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both business and technical teams
  • Experience supporting financial operations processes such as billing cycles, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, finance, or equivalent work experience

This role is responsible for the full lifecycle of cloud and on-premises systems, ensuring secure, scalable, and highly available environments across the organization. This position will focus on cloud architecture, hybrid server management, security and compliance, and automation, while ensuring seamless integration across enterprise applications and business systems.
