Role Description As a Consultant, you'll support engagements focused on operational improvement, warehouse automation, network optimization, and supply chain strategy. You'll work inside a cross-functional consulting team — analyzing client operations, building data-driven recommendations, and helping projects land successfully. Expect exposure to multiple industries, technologies, and customer environments, plus a clear path toward greater project ownership and leadership responsibility as you grow. What You'll Do - Bring a strong analytical perspective to every client's supply chain — and the professional curiosity to dig until problems are actually solved. - Participate in scoped client engagements as part of the consulting team. - Partner closely with the project manager to drive the best outcome for each engagement. - Meet project demands on time, with a real sense of urgency around milestones. - Support supply chain and logistics consulting engagements across multiple customer industries. - Analyze operational, financial, and supply chain data to surface improvement opportunities. - Develop data-driven recommendations and support solution development activities. - Collaborate with project managers, fellow consultants, and cross-functional teams to deliver strong client outcomes. - Take part in customer meetings, workshops, and onsite operational assessments. - Help build presentations, reports, and client deliverables that make the analysis land. - Own assigned tasks and project milestones with accountability and urgency. - Apply continuous improvement and analytical problem-solving methods to client challenges. Qualifications - BS/BA in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Mathematics, or a related field (required). - 2–5 years of supply chain, logistics, operations, or consulting experience (preferred). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools; familiarity with SQL or relational databases. - Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools (preferred). - Strong organizational skills — comfortable prioritizing multiple assignments and deadlines at once. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and internal teams. - A self-starter mindset: initiative, curiosity, and a genuine drive toward continuous improvement. - Professionalism, adaptability, and high ethical standards.
