Role Description As we transition from a service-oriented model to a product-driven platform, we are expanding our remote team. We are seeking an Intern to support our Client Services Bidding & Feasibility function, gaining hands-on experience in pricing, proposal development, and feasibility assessment for healthcare market research projects while contributing to our mission. Role Description As Konovo's Controller, you will have the opportunity to build and shape the finance function of a high-growth healthcare market research company, while partnering closely with executive leadership to influence strategic decisions. - Partner with VP Accounting and cross-functional teams to provide accurate financial insights and support the company’s transition to a product-driven platform. - Develop and implement scalable accounting processes, reporting frameworks, internal controls, and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency across the organization. - Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and compliance with US GAAP and regulatory requirements, while supporting strategic initiatives and new business opportunities. - Partner with global finance counterparts in the UK and India to drive best practices, ensure consistency, and solve complex accounting and operational challenges. - Lead, coach, and develop a team of four, fostering accountability, continuous learning, and high performance across the Finance function. - Oversee cash management activities and support liquidity planning to ensure adequate funding across US and international entities. - Partner with the CFO and VP Accounting in preparing and maintaining short and long-term cash flow forecasts. - Support banking administration, foreign currency management, and intercompany funding activities. - Oversee AP and AR functions to maintain strong working capital discipline and optimize cash flow. - Own the company’s travel and expense (T&E) platform (e.g., Expensify) and related policies to ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and strong internal controls.
