Role Description As we transition from a service-oriented model to a product-driven platform, we are expanding our remote team. We are seeking an Intern to support our Client Services Bidding & Feasibility function, gaining hands-on experience in pricing, proposal development, and feasibility assessment for healthcare market research projects while contributing to our mission. This internship runs for a minimum of two months and may be extended up to six months, based on mutual alignment between the intern and the hiring manager. - Support feasibility assessments for proposed market research projects by pulling internal data, past performance metrics, and input from delivery teams. - Help build accurate pricing and proposal materials that position Konovo competitively. - Assist in coordinating with global operations, project delivery, panel access, and commercial teams to gather input on timelines, budgets, and risks. - Support Sales and Account Management with research and documentation needed to craft winning proposals. - Help track and organize win/loss data to support ongoing improvement of bidding frameworks. - Assist with general administrative and organizational tasks for the bidding and feasibility team as needed. Qualifications - Currently working toward a BS/BA degree, with an interest in market research, healthcare, business, or a related field. - Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers, spreadsheets, and data under uncertainty or limited inputs. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language(s) a plus. - Adept user of Microsoft Office, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. - Mature team player with good attitude, attention to detail, and strong work ethic. - Thrives in collaborative spaces but can take the lead on individual tasks; motivated to learn, contribute, and grow. - Comfortable leveraging AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows, improve response quality, and increase speed without compromising data integrity or customer experience. - Bonus points for prior exposure to qualitative or quantitative research methodologies, Salesforce, or proposal tools.
