• The Manager, Project Management role is responsible for the intake of new reporting requirements • Ongoing support of reports and data feeds currently in production • Partner closely with business stakeholders to define and document requirements for new reporting solutions • Work collaboratively with technical report developers to support requirement clarification and solution design • Coordinate and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure delivered solutions meet business and operational needs • Support existing production reports and extracts, including monitoring, issue coordination, and stakeholder communication

• Lead day-to-day project coordination activities across engineering and technical initiatives. • Facilitate cross-functional working sessions with engineering, operations, field services, provisioning, inventory, and technical teams. • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, action logs, status reporting, and implementation tracking. • Document current-state and future-state processes, workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational requirements. • Gather, document, and manage business requirements, functional requirements, process flows, use cases, and implementation requirements. • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, manual activities, and workflow improvement opportunities. • Support initiatives focused on streamlining and automating provisioning, deployment, configuration, and installation workflows. • Assist in developing scalable processes that enable field technicians to provision and activate devices onsite rather than relying on pre-configured inventory or staging activities. • Coordinate with teams supporting provisioning systems, workflow automation tools, systems integration efforts, and operational platforms. • Prepare project updates, implementation plans, process documentation, meeting materials, and operational recommendations. • Drive follow-up actions, stakeholder alignment, issue resolution, and implementation coordination across multiple workstreams. • Communicate project status, process updates, risks, dependencies, and operational impacts to client stakeholders and leadership teams.

Requirements - Working knowledge of digital workplace platforms, intranet ecosystems, or enterprise content management systems, including hands-on experience with the aggregator/hub platform landscape. - Ability to design and maintain operational frameworks such as governance documents, editorial standards, or communications playbooks. - Skilled in building dashboards or reporting tools that surface engagement data across multiple channels in a consistent, accessible format. - Experience working within a communications or public relations function. - Experience developing written communications for internal audiences. - Experience building or contributing to communications governance frameworks or operational workflows. - Experience with Google-Suite. - A passion for higher education is a plus.
