Team Lead – Client Services, Qualitative

Konovo

• Lead and coach Senior Project Managers to deliver high-quality qualitative research at speed, meeting client expectations and enabling better, connected insights. • Translate client objectives into clear qualitative research plans, actionable execution strategies, and measurable outcomes. • Build and maintain a culture of client-first execution and continuous improvement- developing, coaching, and retaining a high-performing team that meets Konovo’s standards for service excellence. • Remove blockers quickly in a fast-paced, tech-enabled services environment by resolving delivery risks, stakeholder misalignment, and client escalations with strong judgment, resolution, and problem-solving skills. • Drive predictable execution across concurrent studies by prioritizing effectively, managing dependencies, and maintaining quality in a high-volume environment. • Improve operational visibility and rigor by using project management and CRM tools to track progress, risks, and outcomes that support faster, better, connected insights for healthcare clients.

Job Requirements

  • Industry experience in healthcare, life sciences, market research, or adjacent sectors where speed, quality, and stakeholder rigor directly impact decisions and outcomes.
  • Bring 5+ years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, market research, hospitality, and food and beverage, or similarly fast-paced client services environments where quality, responsiveness, and stakeholder management directly impact business outcomes.
  • Bonus points if your 5+ years include at least 2 years in direct people leadership roles.
  • Comfort with research delivery and operations tooling—programming systems (Decipher), scheduling platforms, Salesforce, and other data collection tools—supporting Konovo’s transformation toward tech-enabled services.
  • A demonstrated ability to grow and retain strategic client relationships—identifying expansion opportunities and partnering across teams to deliver value over time.
