• We are seeking an experienced Epic Population Health Team Supervisor to support UT Health San Antonio in improving outcomes, quality, and value across patient populations • This role provides leadership and oversight for the Epic Population Health team • Ensuring effective implementation and optimization of Epic applications including Healthy Planet, Care Management, Registries, and Risk Stratification tools • The supervisor partners with clinical, operational, analytics, and IT leaders to translate population health strategy into scalable Epic solutions • Responsibilities include guiding the use of Epic reporting and analytics tools such as Reporting Workbench, Radar dashboards, SlicerDicer, and Cogito to support proactive care management, performance monitoring, and decision‑making • The role also oversees workflows across Epic Ambulatory, MyChart, BPAs, Care Everywhere, and social determinants of health initiatives • As a people leader, this position is responsible for staff mentoring, work prioritization, stakeholder communication, and promoting Epic best practices and governance.
