Clinical IS Analyst – Epic, Associate
Margie and Bill Klesse College of Engineering and Integrated Design at UTSA
• Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for ambulatory application(s)/module(s) of Epic. • Collaborates with and provides tier-one support to their team and/or counterparts from other applications. • Effectively manages competing and changing priorities. • Serves as project lead for key initiatives and performing project management duties, as assigned. • Develops, documents, and adheres to the internal procedures that will be used in conjunction with related applications and systems. • Interacts professionally with leadership, faculty, staff, and vendors. • Provides ongoing maintenance and configuration updates to Epic applications. • Provides tier-one support to end-users both remotely and in-person. Monitors, investigates, troubleshoots, and resolves incoming tickets.

- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (4 years of comparable experience may be substituted for a degree).
- Experience:
- Epic certification/proficiency in any module preferred.
- Additional Licenses/Certification:
- Epic certification must be maintained per Epic Corporation standards within 1.5 years of hire is preferred.

Role Description This position supports the FP&A Director in driving key financial planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting, long-term planning, internal reporting, and strategic analysis, while delivering analytics and business support that inform executive decision-making. The role offers direct visibility to senior leadership, including the CFO and CEO, and serves as a cross-functional partner to teams across the organization. Responsibilities - Support the development and maintenance of Rebag’s financial reporting, including but not limited to the annual budget, monthly forecast, and monthly/quarterly business reviews. - Maintain the company’s financial model, including running “what-if” scenarios, evaluating potential issues, recommending potential solutions and modelling new initiatives or modules. - Prepare daily liquidity and collateral reporting, including cash, accounts receivable, and inventory balances, to support capital deployment decisions. - Support month-end close by reforecasting, calculating, and reporting on sales, promotions, marketing, retail commissions, and other key business metrics. - Assist in the creation and review of presentations and detailed financial analyses for senior management, board of directors, and external capital partners. - Ensure documentation of all FP&A processes are updated and work with project teams on the documentation of new enhancements. - Work with Tech team to validate metrics and underlying data of SQL-based business reporting. - Assist in ad-hoc project work.
