• Coordinate and manage planning meetings (agile sprint ceremonies); • Be the primary source of information about the project's priorities; • Clearly specify the necessary items in the Product Backlog, assisting the business area in prioritizing items to maximize value delivery; • Define Product Backlog items and help achieve goals together with the business team; • Ensure the Product Backlog is visible, clear, and transparent to everyone in the company; • Optimize the value of work delivered by the development team, ensuring the value generated by each delivered request is clear; • Ensure the quality of product delivery, supporting the KPIs defined for the product.
• Act as the Product Owner for the Billing project; • Design and ensure that the solutions and features proposed during the project meet the company’s Billing needs (Invoicing, ERP integration and Collections); • Monitor project and involved squads’ deliveries (integrations and satellite products) to meet invoicing requirements; • Monitor the product, identifying improvement opportunities in features, processes or integrations; • Oversee day-to-day product operation, identifying improvement opportunities (systems or performance); • Understand and direct the squad on tickets involving incidents, fixes and enhancements, interacting with other squads or business owners (BOs) whenever necessary; • Prioritize the backlog by interacting with the billing business owner, giving priority to deliveries that generate the most value for the company; • Report executive and operational status periodically (routine) or when incidents occur; • Keep product documentation up to date: features, rules and architecture; • Collaborate with the company BI team to evolve dashboards and reports related to Billing and Collections together with the BO; • Monitor product KPIs and propose creation of new indicators and metrics whenever deemed necessary.
• Act as the Systems Analyst and Development Tech Lead, partnering with business stakeholders, IT teams, and the product vendor to enhance annuity and life reinsurance solutions and the PAM application. • Coordinate with application support teams to manage production support and drive resolution of issues. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather PAM PFI and reinsurance integration requirements, clarifying business and functional needs. • Lead integration development, support testing efforts, and produce application and system documentation. • Participate in project planning sessions with clients, analysts, and vendors to analyze business requirements, assess feasibility, and document functional requirements.

• Responsible for the end-to-end service management of the Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) services. • Operates within an agile DevOps environment and ensures high-quality, secure, and cost-effective workplace mobility services across a complex matrix organization. • Coordinate, monitor, and continuously improve UEM service delivery across the full service lifecycle; • Ensure end-to-end accountability for UEM services within agile Scrum and DevOps teams, focusing on North America; • Define, monitor, and analyze service KPIs including cost, quality, capacity, business continuity, and IT security; • Ensure compliance with global IT standards, processes, and service management frameworks; • Drive continuous service improvement aligned with ITIL best practices and cost optimization; • Act as escalation and complaint manager, supporting and consulting on related projects; • Design and evolve UEM service components across the matrix organization; • Manage and steer third-party suppliers and operational service providers.
