• Work within the Data Science team, helping to map information across a wide range of raw data to ultimately support the company's project decision-making. • Have a solid track record as a data analyst, with a minimum of 4 years in the role, especially with data governance. • Manipulate, identify, and classify large volumes of data to find patterns and generate valuable insights for decision-making. • Ability to catalog data, elicit data requirements, and handle non-functional requirements for data security and privacy. • Availability to travel for occasional in-person project meetings.

• Responsible for the end-to-end service management of the Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) services. • Operates within an agile DevOps environment and ensures high-quality, secure, and cost-effective workplace mobility services across a complex matrix organization. • Coordinate, monitor, and continuously improve UEM service delivery across the full service lifecycle; • Ensure end-to-end accountability for UEM services within agile Scrum and DevOps teams, focusing on North America; • Define, monitor, and analyze service KPIs including cost, quality, capacity, business continuity, and IT security; • Ensure compliance with global IT standards, processes, and service management frameworks; • Drive continuous service improvement aligned with ITIL best practices and cost optimization; • Act as escalation and complaint manager, supporting and consulting on related projects; • Design and evolve UEM service components across the matrix organization; • Manage and steer third-party suppliers and operational service providers.

• Analyze and understand business and technical requirements for assigned initiatives; • Create and maintain test plans, test scenarios and test cases (manual and automated); • Prepare and provision test data and ensure readiness for test execution; • Execute functional, regression and integration tests and document results; • Identify, document and track defects, working closely with development and project teams; • Provide regular updates on testing progress, risks and issues; • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release activities; • Collaborate with international teams and vendors across multiple systems; • Contribute to QA process improvements, standardization and automation initiatives.

• Support the Systems Directorate team in ITGC processes to meet Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements; • Support internal and external audits, acting as the area's facilitator; • Monitor systems teams, tracking and enforcing delivery deadlines; • Assist in preparing, validating, and managing reports, evidence, and IPE (Information Produced by the Entity).

• Managing the assigned project(s), in charge of management of setup, control of the project business case, creation and management of specifications; • Management of design- and development phases belongs as well to his responsibilities as well as the test- and rollout plans; • Tracks project milestones to get them finished in quality, time and budget. • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and efficient cloud-based solutions on AWS and Azure; • Lead initiatives to automate cloud infrastructure; • Collaborate with teams to integrate best practices in development, code quality, and automation; • Guide and mentor development teams, providing expertise in DevOps and automation practices; • Contribute to the design and implementation of cloud applications using serverless architectures, Kubernetes, and event-driven patterns; • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments, utilizing GitOps methodologies; • Apply security best practices to design and implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms; • Monitor and optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of cloud applications; • Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and development trends, applying new tools and frameworks as needed; • Ensure software systems meet functional and non-functional requirements while adhering to best practices in software design, testing, and security; • Foster continuous improvement by sharing knowledge, conducting team reviews, and mentoring junior developers.

• Development and support of code on SSIS and write new code on Python for Klondike teams.
