• Design, build, and validate predictive models (e.g. lead scoring, propensity modelling, forecasting, risk prediction) that inform operational and strategic decisions. • Develop and deploy generative AI solutions, including LLM-powered agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and prompt engineering workflows to automate and enhance business processes. • Translate business problems into well-scoped analytical and modelling projects, working with stakeholders to define success criteria and measurable outcomes. • Perform feature engineering, model selection, hyperparameter tuning, and rigorous evaluation using appropriate statistical and ML techniques. • Productionise models into scalable, maintainable pipelines, collaborating with data engineering to integrate outputs into downstream systems (e.g. CRM, BI tools, operational dashboards). • Monitor model performance post-deployment, manage model drift, and implement retraining strategies. • Communicate findings and model outputs to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualisations, written summaries, and presentations. • Stay current with developments in applied ML and generative AI, and contribute to the team’s knowledge-sharing and capability-building efforts. • Provide guidance, direction, and oversight to one direct report within the Data, Insights & AI team.
• Support the development of predictive models across the student lifecycle, including lead scoring, conversion propensity, retention risk, and demand forecasting. • Assist in building and evaluating generative AI solutions, such as LLM-powered agents, prompt engineering workflows, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines. • Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and data wrangling to prepare datasets for modelling. • Write clean, well-documented Python code for analysis and model development. • Help productionise models by supporting pipeline development, testing, and integration with downstream systems. • Prepare visualisations, summaries, and presentations that communicate analytical findings and model outputs to non-technical stakeholders. • Contribute to the team’s knowledge base by documenting methods, sharing learnings, and participating in code reviews. • Proactively develop your own skills through structured learning, certifications, and hands-on experimentation.

• Completes outreach via phone, email, and text message as outlined by program-specific engagement strategies. • Responds to student inquiries via phone, email, and text message. • Collaborates with Enrollment Advisor to successfully onboard new students as required by program. • Documents all student communication and maintains relevant data points in CRM and other systems. • Documents relevant communication with cross-functional team members and performs any required action items. • Understands the fluctuations of their student population and works with Associate Director to achieve retention and placement goals. • Confirms final student and enrollment numbers at close of term for Enrollment Verification. • Conducts outreach around key progress markers for students, including registration, participation, clearance completion, grades, and at-risk indicators. • Communicates with university partner faculty or advisor contacts via email as appropriate within designated timeframe. • Provides timely escalations to Associate Director for communication to university partner or internal stakeholders.
Role Description The Enrollment Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all admissions-related documents are processed and updated within our CRM in a timely manner. The individual in this role verifies all student files are accurate and meet the requirements of our partner institutions. This person is also responsible for understanding all transfer credit policies and for completing transcript evaluations for their assigned partner institutions. What you'll be doing as an Enrollment Operations Coordinator: - Reviews and processes all incoming applications, transcripts, and supporting admission documents via mail, email, and other electronic formats. - Updates and maintains accurate records in our CRM and other essential systems. - Accurately evaluates transcripts for admission requirements and transfer credit according to partner standards. - Works within partner systems to update student information. - Works cohesively and collaboratively with Enrollment Advisors to assist in facilitating prospective student enrollment. - Determines when admissions files are ready to be prepared and sends files to partner institution for review. - Compliance with all personnel policies and procedures. - Ability to come to work and work the regular schedule and shift for the position. - Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree is required. - 1+ years of experience in Higher Education student records management required. - Must be experienced in processing student applications and transcripts. - Student transfer credit evaluation experience is highly preferred. - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel. - Proficient with Adobe Acrobat or equivalent document management software. - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Excellent attention to detail. - Critical thinking and problem-solving initiative. - Curious and confident to ask questions and learn quickly. - Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple tasks. - Team player. - Always demonstrate the Keypath values – Commitment, Collaboration, Innovation and Lifelong Learning. Role Description Walsh University is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for an innovative, energetic individual interested in joining the Counseling and Human Development (CHD) program as an Assistant or Associate Professor. This is a 12-month, full-time faculty position with teaching, advising, scholarship, and service responsibilities. Remote work considered. The full-time core faculty member in the Counseling and Human Development (CHD) program will contribute to the academic excellence, student success, and mission of the university by delivering high-quality instruction and supporting program operations in alignment with CACREP standards.
