Student Enrolment Advisor

• Speaking with prospective students who have already expressed interest in studying. • Managing inbound enquiries and making outbound calls using an automated dialler. • Guiding students through course options using a consultative sales approach. • Following up applications and helping students complete the enrolment process. • Responding to enquiries via phone, email and live chat. • Maintaining accurate CRM records and managing your sales pipeline. • Achieving enrolment and sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. • Collaborating with your team through daily coaching sessions and team huddles.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of phone-based sales experience.
- Proven success in B2C consultative sales, student enrolments, or admissions advising.
- Experience achieving KPIs, sales targets, or performance goals.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence managing multiple opportunities through a sales pipeline.
- A proactive, organised, self-motivated approach while working remotely.
- Experience within higher education or education sales is highly regarded but not essential.
