• Oversee customer interactions and build strong, trusted business relationships at the HQ and regional levels with assigned chain accounts, national retail partners, and regional distributors. • Develop chain-specific sales, distribution, and merchandising strategies that maximize ROI while staying within assigned budgets. Utilize syndicated data (IRI/Nielsen) to provide retail partners with fact-based category insights and actionable recommendations. • Actively manage and call on independent retail doors within assigned territory to manage existing business and drive new JUUL placement. Responsibly sell and execute company initiatives, including the Juul Partner Program (JPP), promotions, inventory management, and the 4 Ps of retail (Presence, Pricing, Promotion, and Product). • Lead and facilitate buyer meetings, category reviews, Top-to-Top (T2T) sessions, contracted space management, and inventory resolution. • Collaborate with field sales teams, trade marketing, and internal department leads to develop and implement retail programming that elevates sales execution, rate of sale, and incremental product placement. • Maintain timely, clear, and detailed communications across internal stakeholder groups and external customer partners to drive alignment and program success. • Monitor sales performance, tracking progress against key objectives to drive continuous improvement in sales strategies and processes. • Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice.
• Implement established sales strategies with the goal of increasing points of distribution, optimizing shelf space, improving product positioning, and driving consumer trial and conversion • Regularly call on established accounts and actively prospect new traditional and non-traditional retailers (e.g., Specialty Vape/Smoke shops, Tobacconists, C-Stores, Bodegas, etc.) • Plan and organize daily/weekly routing to effectively cover the territory and meet volume and distribution goals • Use modern sales technologies and software - especially Salesforce CRM to track activity, manage leads, update customer data, and identify daily sales opportunities • Sell in and execute local, regional, and national Trade Marketing and branding initiatives at the store level • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs/OKRs set for individual and regional performance • Build strong, trusted relationships with store managers, owners, and distributor sales reps by providing product expertise, category insights, and excellent customer service • Engage in retail product trainings, staff demos, and retailer advocacy initiatives to increase brand awareness • Consistently represent Juul Labs company values in all business interactions, acting as a passionate product and category expert for our partners • Attend local trade shows, distributor events, and retailer training events as required • Report field insights, competitive activity, and account challenges back to the Territory Sales Manager and regional leadership
• Support and contribute to the Commercial Systems roadmap, encompassing CRM (Salesforce) and other technology systems and tools • Partner with Commercial Strategy, Revenue Management, Sales Leadership, and other cross-functional teams to translate business needs into practical technology solutions • Assist in build vs. buy evaluations for new tool investments, summarizing trade-offs for leadership review • Ensure platforms are well-documented, integrated, and maintained for long-term sustainability • Manage ongoing development, configuration, and optimization of the Salesforce platform to support field sales effectiveness and optimization of Commercial effectiveness • Lead requirements gathering, solution design, user story development, and UAT for Salesforce workstreams • Own release management, platform documentation, and end-user training to ensure adoption and data integrity • Partner with the JLI IT team to ensure sound integrations between Salesforce and adjacent platforms including ERP, data warehouses, and third-party analytics tools • Support the design and delivery of custom-built internal tools where Commercial needs exceed off-the-shelf capabilities • Define technical requirements and coordinate with development teams or vendors to execute software builds • Help establish engineering standards, QA processes, and release cadences for internally developed tools • Ensure custom solutions integrate with the broader commercial systems ecosystem • Develop and maintain the AI roadmap for the Commercial function, identifying high-value use cases such as account prioritization, lead and opportunity scoring, rep coaching, territory planning, content generation, and field reporting. • Partner with IT, Data, and external vendors to evaluate AI solutions; lead pilots and define the criteria for scale. • Champion responsible adoption — building field confidence, managing change, measuring impact, and iterating based on user feedback. • Partner with Commercial teams and functional partners to identify systems needs and maintain alignment on priorities • Translate technical concepts into clear business language for management audiences; translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams • Collaborate with PMO and Commercial Planning functions to align systems delivery with commercial initiatives • Lead and develop a small team of Salesforce administrators and systems analysts • Coordinate with external development vendors, system integrators, and technology partners • Track platform budgets, project milestones, and delivery progress across active workstreams • Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice

• Partner directly with commercial, finance, and executive stakeholders to proactively transform vague, complex business questions into scoped, actionable analytical problems, anticipating organizational needs before they are explicitly asked • Design and run rigorous experimental and quasi-experimental analyses (e.g., Diff-in-Diff, propensity methods) to evaluate promotions, measure causal impact, and model category economics like price elasticity and regulatory tax impacts • Architect and maintain large, complex commercial datasets using SQL and dbt on BigQuery, and build, deploy, and monitor robust market-share and demand forecasting models to drive seven-figure decisions • Build the predictive models and performance metrics that guide field operations, directly determining where and how field sales managers allocate their time to maximize store-level value • Deploy LLMs and AI agents to classify unstructured commercial data (e.g., receipts, transactions) and build internal tools that democratize data access and enable stakeholders to answer their own questions.

Role Description A Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) is expected to own the operational stability and performance of Juul’s hybrid cloud infrastructure (Nutanix, AWS/GCP). This involves leading automation efforts, architecting for reliability, and acting as the final escalation point for critical incidents to ensure the platform is scalable and efficient. Nutanix Platform Management - Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-scale Nutanix AHV clusters and Prism Central for multi-cluster management. - Expert-level proficiency with Nutanix CLI (nCLI and acli) for advanced operations, troubleshooting, and automation. - Develop automation scripts using Nutanix REST APIs, Python SDK, PowerShell, and Terraform for infrastructure-as-code. - Create and manage VM templates, golden images, and standardized deployment catalogs for consistent provisioning. - Design disaster recovery solutions using Leap, Protection Domains, cross-cluster replication, and metro clustering. - Implement network micro-segmentation using Nutanix Flow and configure RBAC, encryption, and security hardening. - Lead L3 troubleshooting using advanced diagnostics, log analysis (CVM, Genesis), NCC health checks, and cluster service resolution. - Configure high availability, VM affinity rules, QoS policies, and optimize performance for mission-critical workloads. - Manage AHV networking with OVS bridges, VLANs, bonds, LACP and implement resource reservations and workload balance. - Design, deploy, and maintain hybrid cloud infrastructure across Nutanix HCI, AWS, and GCP platforms. - Architect and implement multi-cloud solutions ensuring high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery. Cloud Platform Engineering - Architect and deploy enterprise-scale, highly available multi-cloud solutions across AWS and GCP with multi-region/multi-account strategies. - Expert-level proficiency with AWS CLI, GCP CLI, SDK, boto3, and Python for advanced automation and infrastructure orchestration. - Design AWS Organizations and GCP Organization hierarchies with consolidated billing, IAM policies, and centralized governance. - Configure and manage AWS Systems Manager (SSM) including Session Manager, Run Command, State Manager, and Automation for centralized fleet operations. - Implement centralized logging using CloudWatch/CloudTrail and GCP Cloud Logging with S3/Cloud Storage aggregation. - Integrate AWS and GCP with Splunk using HEC, CloudWatch subscriptions, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, and cloud-specific add-ons for SIEM correlation. - Design and deploy advanced load balancing solutions with AWS ALB/NLB/ELB and GCP Cloud Load Balancing including SSL termination and auto-scaling. - Develop infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK for repeatable multi-cloud deployments and CI/CD pipelines. - Configure AWS SSO, cross-account IAM roles, GCP Workload Identity, and federated access for centralized identity management. - Design VPC architectures with AWS Transit Gateway/PrivateLink and GCP Shared VPC/VPC peering for hybrid connectivity. - Manage containerized workloads using EKS, GKE, ECS, Cloud Run with service mesh, observability, and security best practices. - Implement disaster recovery using AWS Backup, Cross-Region Replication, GCP snapshots, and multi-region failover strategies. - Lead L3 troubleshooting using CloudWatch Insights, GCP Cloud Trace, VPC Flow Logs, X-Ray, and vendor support escalation. - Perform cost optimization through Reserved Instances, Committed Use Discounts, rightsizing, and automated resource lifecycle management. System Administration - Administer and support Windows Server and Unix/Linux environments in production and non-production settings. - Perform OS-level hardening, patch management, and security compliance across heterogeneous systems. - Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar scripting languages. - Manage GitHub organization settings, user permissions, repository access controls, and monitor GitHub Actions workflows and repository health across multiple teams. - Configure Splunk forwarders, heavy forwarders and other integrations for data ingestion from cloud and on-premises sources. Qualifications - 8-12+ years infrastructure experience with 8+ years in Nutanix HCI and enterprise cloud (AWS/GCP). - Expert-level skills in Python, PowerShell, Bash scripting, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/CloudFormation), and container orchestration (Kubernetes, EKS/GKE). - Proven experience managing enterprise-scale environments, hybrid cloud migrations, disaster recovery, and L3 critical incident management. - Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, VPN), security hardening, and compliance frameworks (ITIL). - Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical and troubleshooting abilities for complex multi-layer infrastructure issues. - Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts to executives and non-technical stakeholders. - Calm under pressure during critical outages with meticulous attention to security, compliance, and configuration management. - Self-motivated continuous learner committed to staying current with evolving cloud technologies and automation opportunities. - Available for on-call rotations with strong documentation skills and customer service orientation.
