Role Description As Senior Project Manager on the Irth EDO team, you would be responsible for planning and overseeing multiple customer projects to ensure that they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget and scope. Your main goal would be to create and manage projects to successful completion - from initiation, through delivery, to closure, meeting all customer expectations and outcomes. - Lead and manage complex programs and projects to ensure successful customer deployment and adoption of Irth’s platform. - Manage and communicate deliverables, risks, project timeline, ROI, and issues. - Act as a liaison between Irth’s customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project completion and success. - Communicate professionally and succinctly while following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). - Ensure internal processes and client-facing documents are current and in support of corporate goals. - Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively; identify and bring in resources as required for quick response to client issues raised during the implementation phase. - Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. - Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress. Qualifications - 12+ years’ experience managing projects in customer-facing implementation roles in a Professional Services function in a Software Company, preferably a SaaS provider. - Proven track record of working with external customers, as well as with key internal partner teams including Sales, Engineering, and Product Management. - Excellent customer engagement, presentation, and communication skills. - Solid organizational skills and multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to process in a quick changing environment; ability to manage multiple projects with multiple resources. - Experience handling escalations at all levels. - A strong understanding of project financials, revenue, cost, and margin is required. - Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. - Experience with creating, maintaining and following a repeatable project methodology. Preferred - Experience in Oil and Gas Industry. - Familiarity with Damage Prevention and Pipeline Integrity Sectors. - Experience working with Oil and Gas software and technology preferred. - Experience with solution development processes and application support lifecycles. Education - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Compensation The salary range for this role is CAD $170k. This range reflects the base salary only and does not include any other compensation components. • Architect, develop, and deliver full-stack features spanning AngularJS/Angular front-ends, ASP.NET server-side APIs, background processing services, and SQL database layers • Lead technical design discussions, make architectural decisions, and set coding standards across the team • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested C# and TypeScript code following SOLID principles, GoF design patterns, and RESTful API best practices • Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and indexing strategies to ensure high-performance data access at scale • Build and iterate on customer-facing web applications - owning features end-to-end from UI/UX through to the database • Prototype and prove innovative new approaches using machine learning and data science to solve hard problems in the pipeline integrity space • Integrate third-party data sources, GIS platforms, and customer systems into the Irth AIP platform via robust APIs and ETL pipelines • Contribute to Power BI dashboards, SSRS reports, and enterprise analytics features that deliver actionable insights to operators • Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing • Champion engineering best practices - unit testing, CI/CD via Azure DevOps, agile methodology, and continuous improvement

• Lead discovery sessions to understand customer integrity programs, data systems, and workflows — translating requirements into implementation plans • Guide customers through migration and mapping of ILI datasets, PODS/APDM/UPDM GIS models, corrosion & CP databases, and field NDE records into AIP/CIM • Validate and QA customer data loads: unit conversions, stationing alignment, anomaly classification mapping, and data integrity checks • Configure AIP platform modules to reflect customer integrity management processes, regulatory requirements, and data governance standards • Deliver on-site and remote training tailored to integrity engineers, GIS analysts, and operations teams • Write and validate SQL scripts, data transformation queries, and ETL routines to load and reconcile pipeline integrity datasets • Support API and GIS integrations between AIP and customer systems — Esri ArcGIS, PODS databases, SCADA feeds, ILI vendor platforms • Build reusable implementation playbooks, data mapping templates, and configuration guides • Troubleshoot data quality and integration issues; escalate product gaps to the AIP engineering team as the voice of the operator
