Senior Project Manager

Role Description As Senior Project Manager on the Irth EDO team, you would be responsible for planning and overseeing multiple customer projects to ensure that they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget and scope. Your main goal would be to create and manage projects to successful completion - from initiation, through delivery, to closure, meeting all customer expectations and outcomes. - Lead and manage complex programs and projects to ensure successful customer deployment and adoption of Irth’s platform. - Manage and communicate deliverables, risks, project timeline, ROI, and issues. - Act as a liaison between Irth’s customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project completion and success. - Communicate professionally and succinctly while following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). - Ensure internal processes and client-facing documents are current and in support of corporate goals. - Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively; identify and bring in resources as required for quick response to client issues raised during the implementation phase. - Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. - Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress. Qualifications - 12+ years’ experience managing projects in customer-facing implementation roles in a Professional Services function in a Software Company, preferably a SaaS provider. - Proven track record of working with external customers, as well as with key internal partner teams including Sales, Engineering, and Product Management. - Excellent customer engagement, presentation, and communication skills. - Solid organizational skills and multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to process in a quick changing environment; ability to manage multiple projects with multiple resources. - Experience handling escalations at all levels. - A strong understanding of project financials, revenue, cost, and margin is required. - Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. - Experience with creating, maintaining and following a repeatable project methodology. Preferred - Experience in Oil and Gas Industry. - Familiarity with Damage Prevention and Pipeline Integrity Sectors. - Experience working with Oil and Gas software and technology preferred. - Experience with solution development processes and application support lifecycles. Education - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Compensation The salary range for this role is CAD $170k. This range reflects the base salary only and does not include any other compensation components.
