What You’ll Do - Partner with Project Managers, Estimating, Planning, Prefab, and Construction Delivery teams to identify opportunities where offsite construction can improve efficiency, quality, and schedule certainty. - Help teams determine what work should be performed in the field vs. offsite and drive early alignment during the project lifecycle. - Support estimating efforts by helping incorporate offsite construction strategies into project pricing and planning assumptions. - Assist with project kickoff readiness, ensuring scope capture and planning processes are completed effectively. - Monitor project readiness and help ensure projects over 3,000 hours enter the kickoff process and complete required core processes. - Coach VDC leads on kickoff execution, project ownership, and continuous improvement through regular one-on-one feedback. - Serve as a connector between Prefab, Planning, and field teams, helping capture feedback and drive improvements in quality and production. - Support backlog visibility and forecasting by reviewing projections and helping align shop workload planning. - Develop and share monthly metrics and insights that highlight opportunities for coaching, process improvement, and stronger project outcomes. - Promote the long-term benefits of offsite construction including improved labor utilization, safety, innovation, reduced trade stacking, and faster project delivery. - Support post-project reviews with teams to identify lessons learned and improve future project planning. - Assist with Data Center planning efforts, including backlog visibility and improved coordination between projects and shop production. What We’re Looking For - Associate degree in Electrical, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience - Experience working in electrical construction, prefab, VDC, project management, or related roles - Strong understanding of field construction and electrical installation practices - Ability to work across teams and align multiple stakeholders - Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills - Ability to analyze information and translate data into meaningful insights - A mindset focused on continuous improvement and better project delivery Travel: This role can be based anywhere but will require approximately 10–15% travel. We are seeking a Director of Manufacturing Supply Chain to lead and execute supply chain strategy in support of our business objectives. In this role, you will manage and develop the manufacturing supply chain team, strengthen vendor and supplier relationships, and ensure supply chain activities align with client needs, corporate priorities, and manufacturing goals. This position plays a key role in vendor performance, supplier redundancy, quality management, logistics, and strategic purchasing. You will also represent the organization at supplier and industry events to build relationships and stay current on market trends and best practices. What You’ll Do • Execute manufacturing supply chain programs in alignment with business strategy and manufacturing leadership priorities • Lead, coach, and develop the manufacturing supply chain team to achieve individual, team, and company goals • Support staffing decisions for the manufacturing supply chain team • Partner with manufacturing leadership and the materials team to guide day-to-day planning and execution in support of supply chain strategy • Direct purchasing and supply chain strategy, including vendor selection and price negotiations • Collaborate with offer category and delivery leaders to ensure supply chain activities support client needs and timely deliverables • Work with the VP of Supply Chain to align manufacturing supply chain budget needs with the overall supply chain budget forecast • Monitor vendor and manufacturer spend and make recommendations that support organizational goals • Develop and execute supplier redundancy strategy and build strong supplier relationships • Evaluate vendor performance using scorecards and other tools; establish supplier quality accountability processes and drive corrective action as needed • Own and drive manufacturing logistics strategy and execution, including shipping of manufactured solutions • Attend supplier and industry conferences to identify potential suppliers and expand industry knowledge • Coordinate corporate resources needed to support manufacturing supply chain initiatives • Implement corporate programs, directives, and initiatives by adapting systems to meet both supply chain and corporate needs • Serve as a supply chain advocate throughout daily business operations • Communicate effectively with clients, customers, and internal support teams and adapt quickly to changing demands • Support additional strategic assignments and business ventures as assigned What You Bring • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a closely related field • 5+ years of leadership experience within supply chain • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, customers, and internal teams • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams • Experience with strategic purchasing, vendor management, and supply chain operations • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business demands • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization Location & Travel: This position can be based out of either our Sioux Center, IA, Sioux Falls, SD, or Omaha, NE Offices or be remote.  Travel will be required and will vary according to business requirements.
